Sorry been up to my eyes with different things. Fully expecting a deserved gain this week. Can't make the group on Thursday so go to a Saturday class so it will be Monday before I update you Shala.

Trying to get back into the swing of things now. Feeling heavy and bloated and my own scales are saying horrible things!

I think that a bit of a shake up can work well shala. Good to hear you're back in the zone.:)

This was two dishes between 5 so very mean lois. What seems silly is that filling up with veg is cheap!

    What time's dinner? I'll be round! :D

I ate just one ginger nut in the tea break at dancing class last night. Not bad for a day's syns. :T for calling up SW about that ready meal tweets. I don't know about you but it doesn't seem like the SW ready meals have been a resounding success. Anyone got any real favourites?

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: probably small veggie omelette with some pickles
D: corned beef hash with green stuff (broccoli, mange tout, peas).
Syns: scrape of spread, horseradish in hash (1?) and maybe some chocolate tonight (3?). I cut any visible fat off corned beef but probably a few in there too.

I love the meat balls and the sweet potato curry apart from the pasta dishes I can eat the other meals and if add veg they not bad but that sweet and sour omg must have been  if I threw it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Tonight I will be having a fish inspiration with mash and veg now that wont get lobbed it will be in my belly :D

    Well hello there :)

My week off ended with a bang, Top Boy's dad decided to act the tool and keep him longer without agreement. This plus him taking him early ON MY BIRTHDAY made me incredibly emotional and that plus Asda selling off my favourite wine at £3.50 per bottle instead of £5.50 (Echo Falls Pinot Grigio rose. Not as sickly sweet as the usual rose, more like one blended with a white, big fan) did not bode well.

I awoke in my incredibly hungover state yesterday to discover Top Bloke cleaning the kitchen within an inch of its life <3 and after a bacon sandwich, all was right with the world. He then went on to cook a SW friendly tea, that I spoiled by finishing off my wine and then eating pate on toast because I felt like it.

    ANYWAY

    Top Boy home now.

Not bothering with WI til Monday as it'll take time to hit my gut, I'm due on anyway and it gives me a few days damage limitation.

Today is very well behaved - about time!

B - SW quiche that I had made to take to a picnic that got rained off.

D - Ham salad and 2 alpen lights

    T - SW Bolognese

Synning milk in brews as the quiche had my hexa on it, so measured out 300ml 1% milk that I make 6 syns.

BM - trip to Asda and I have swept and scrubbed the floors and walked Top Dog with Top Boy.

Going to sit down and catch up on 'our' TV programmes with Top Boy as Top Bloke is at work until late.

Have some career development stuff starting mid-September that I have to dress smartly for, and all my office clothes are a size too small currently so I have something to slim for now. Top Bloke's birthday is a week on Saturday so I will have the day off for that, but that aside, it's hardcore syn counting until then.

Ginger, so sorry to hear your news.

    RJHammond - well done!

Fozzie, I daren't even look yet!!

    Good luck Lantanna!

Congratulations to SsOTW, losers and STSers.

Just ate half a melon (Super 6 at @ldi I think) with more of my free ice cream and 15g of choc shot. Can't believe how chocolatey it is and so little syns!! Anyway it's reminded me that I quite like melon and it's easy to prepare so hopefully I'll eat more of it! Really want to lose these last 2lbs!

I kissed my share of frogs greentiger, I promise. He is very good round the house though and his mum and sister do SW so his cooking is almost always on plan too!

I didn't realise the cheese leek and ham was only 1 syn, I'll have to get some in.

Has anyone seen mugfulls anywhere lately? Asda have stopped stocking them and for one syn, I LOVED the tikka ones for a warm snack at work.

MrsP what is this free ice cream you speak of? If summer ever comes back, that would be great for weekends!
