Now that Tom Daly is over 18 I don't mind where I look! Switched it over to the gymnastics quickly as I didn't think hubby really wanted to watch very muscular men hugging each other in celebration. What a sacrifice, I was really enjoying it :rotfl:0 -

Rebster - well done on SOTW:T.
Shala - not sure I'd say I'd recommend the crustless bread but it means I can have a sandwich and a slice for something else such as to dip in soup or have a slice of toast in the evening. The slices are definitely smaller but overall to me it's worth it - but not every time and only buy it about once a month but means I have to syn a slice if I fancy some toast in the evening; not so fussed about having a slice to dip in soup:rotfl:.
TIE - not sure younger members will understand the Linford Christy reference;).
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast; fruit
L - LO BBQ beans & sausage casserole
D - HB steak, mashed swede, peas. Will also do mashed potatoes in case others want it.
Think it's probably an SP day plan today so could have another HEB later if I want it.

Morning everyone
Glad I wasn't the only one having a bit of an ogle at our diving boys last nightthey did amazing though. I may have said 'look at those abs' a few too many times haha
Well done rebster for SOTW and all others who lost this week :T
Trying SP today
B - porridge with choc shot (0.5) & strawberries, detox lemon tea
L - crustless quiche made with eggs, quark, onion, leek & tomato - will have it with some salad
T - veg stir fry with lots of speed veg, adding edamame beans for P which I've never tried before
2nd HEB will be ryvita with laughing cow light (HEA) I've got snacky things in the cupboard if I fancy them for syns a bit later on
Will try and squeeze in some body magic after work too
I'm hoping my cold has left me now as I feel much better today, the wind has died down and it's lovely and sunny
Have a great day everyone

Good Morning
Last night for my tea I had the Slimming World sweet and sour chicken it was _pale_
Contained a bit of sweet and sour sauce and a large piece chicken thin in parts and thick in others. I couldn't eat it so ate my veg and tried the sauce but yuk.
I ended up having veg and a bag crisps for my tea
Rang Slimming World freephone careline this morning.
Lovely lady apologized and said she will send me out an apology letter with some Iceland vouchers. :T0 -
Hello all- just back from our lovely holidays in Lanzarote...ate really healthily (loads and loads of speed...it was all inclusive and buffet dining) -but we drank the island dry! A SP at the scales today show a gain of around 2 lbs - but WI isn't until Saturday so I'm going to do SP for the rest of the week.
It's been a week full of drama for us though...firstly son left the day before we went...(we nearly didn't want to go...but it turned out to be the best thing for us...we text every day and he's settling in well) and then...my brother (who's 16 years younger than me) was taken into hospital as he'd been getting like wobbly legs, and dizzy and double vision. They did loads of tests and they've diagnosed him with MS - which is devastating...he's only 35 and has a 6 month old baby boy...we're all gutted for him.
And to top it all off my mum has to go into hospital this Thursday (in Belfast so 75 miles away!!) for a surgery she's been waiting for for nearly a year and a half...it's pretty major vascular surgery - she was in very bad nick after she had her last surgery so that's worrying.
On a a more positive note our daughter has come over from Australia to visit for a couple of weeks - so that's cheered us up.
I'm getting stuck into SW big time as I want to lose a stone in 5 weeks as we have a very glam wedding to go to...*game face*0 -
Evening all.. had a good break from SW. I only put on 2lbs after eating what I wanted for a few days and it's helped me get my head back together!
I think that a bit of a shake up can work well shala. Good to hear you're back in the zone.:)I hate it when DH and I have a meal in a restaurant and they bring out a side dish of vegetables which would be a normal portion for me, and they say it's one between two!
LL
This was two dishes between 5 so very mean lois. What seems silly is that filling up with veg is cheap!B - scrambled eggs on toast; fruit
L - LO BBQ beans & sausage casserole
D - HB steak, mashed swede, peas. Will also do mashed potatoes in case others want it.
What time's dinner? I'll be round!
I ate just one ginger nut in the tea break at dancing class last night. Not bad for a day's syns. :T for calling up SW about that ready meal tweets. I don't know about you but it doesn't seem like the SW ready meals have been a resounding success. Anyone got any real favourites?
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: probably small veggie omelette with some picklescorned beef hash with green stuff (broccoli, mange tout, peas).
Syns: scrape of spread, horseradish in hash (1?) and maybe some chocolate tonight (3?). I cut any visible fat off corned beef but probably a few in there too.0 -
Went to the fridge lunchtime and realised I've still got 3/4 of a cabbage left so will also do that - that'll up the Speed food a bit more.
