Welcome back alisont. As Maman says you haven't strayed to far off plan and if you've put on it'll soon come back off again - if it goes on quick it'll come off quick too, it's reckoned (although doesn't always seem to for me!)

Doing an SP day today (appreciate that some of the fruit isn't Speed but not much of it)

B - porridge made with water, grapes, strrawberries & greengages
L - carrot & lentil soup; HEB bread (2 slices crustless)
D - BBQ bean & sausage casserole (from Jan/Feb magazine); unusually making the full amount as have DD1 and DGD coming for dinner and it's the only way DGD will eat sausages! Have made a roulade for pud as DGD loves it

Still have a slice of crustless WM left so may have a slice of toast this evening if I get peckish!

HEA will be milk as usual.

Syns: 2 sausages (butchers low fat) 1 syn; butter 2 (if I have the toast)

Keeping low syn to make up for the extra over the weekend.

Evening all.. had a good break from SW. I only put on 2lbs after eating what I wanted for a few days and it's helped me get my head back together!

Been back on track for a few days now so hopefully i'll have a bit of a loss this week..

    How's everyone else? :D

Well done on all the losses :T:T and welcome to the board sunnystar

Denise would you recommend the crustless bread? I can't tell from the pictures how big it is or whether it's worth buying.

    My meal plan for today
    B - overnight oats(heb & 0.5), blueberries, strawberries
L - turkey meatballs, bacon, salad, beetroot, red slaw
T - Austrian Ham Hash - swapped normal potatoes with sweet potatoes. It was gorgeous!
    S - walnuts (7) milk (hea)

Right off to do the chart!
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Hiya slimmers

I'm loaded with cold at the mo, all hayfevery and feeling generally ugh. Blaming the change in weather, it's blown a gale for the past 2 days and my silly immune system doesn't seem to like it when that happens. But plodding on, I'm behaving food-wise (I think)

    Today's EE menu:

B - porridge made with milk, nectarine, cinnamon and honey (2)
L - vegetable soup made with carrots potatoes & swede
T - fish cakes (6) with SW chips & mushy peas (no speed I know, naughty)

Pud - strawberries, flat peach & apple in a bowl with cherry L&F yoghurt, ribena light

Other syns: melba toasts (3.5), hula hoop pufts (3.5)

    15 syns in total

    Aiming for SP day tomorrow

Hello all, sorry I've been mia this last week while -celebrating anniversary 45 and then welcoming a new puss called Star to the family. She's a tortie (again), 13 yo, got 3 legs, is pretty deaf and has a thyroid problem and arthritis. And she's perfect!

Anyway, don't know how, but it's 1.2lbs off for me this week. I'm very happy with that, all things considered.

    Monday's Menu
    Breakfast: strawberries, ff Greek yogurt
Lunch: ham & mushroom omelette, salad of leaves, syboes, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes
    Snack: shortbread finger (5)
Dinner: pot roast beef, onions, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, Yorkshire pudding (2), gravy (1)
Snack: hexb sandwich with hexa cheese

Really have to knuckle down to keep up with all of you who are setting exemplary standards.

STS again. Not too disappointed really as I didn't have anywhere enough speed food last week and I did have cake and stuff. Determined to lose the final 2lb this week. I do have 2 weeks of my 12 week countdown left so my MSE bone is obviously eking out as much value as possible.

Just about to have some free strawberry ice cream from my ice cream maker with a Fibre One chocolate slice and some choc shot chocolate sauce. Works out at about 4 1/2 - 5 syns depending on how much sauce I use. Just waiting for the diving to finish them get my dessert and then settle down for the rest of the gymnastics

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Rebster for SOTW :T

Still busy on the site, the weather has been lovely which always helps, just a bit windy, nothing like other parts of the country have had.

Greentiger, congratulations for your 45th anniversary, and for the new kitty.

Have a good evening, back tomorrow.
