Brilliant loss Scarlet! I've never lost that amount in all the time I've been doing SW (6 years now - 5+ at target!)
Denise
Thanks.
It all depends on your starting weight on how much you lose. You must have seen in your 6 years of SW, members weighing 20 stone plus losing 10lb in their first week. Not going to get that from someone weighing 12 stone. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
My biggest weight loss is 3lb and that was over 2 weeks. However, I only had to lose 19lbs to get to my target (still 2 to go) so I'd actually be a bit worried if I had anything bigger than that. I generally plod along and pull a 2 which I think is just right for me.0

Also working in retail means I'm on my feet pretty much all day - always achieving 12k steps. I carry and move large loads about to.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

On the bus back from group, I lost 2lb, that's 12lb lost in 3 weeks. I was all set to stay and the consultant spoke to me in group but I'm still sore from the other day and found the chairs a bit uncomfy so I gave up and left. Gutted I missed my 1 stone award but as my consultant said I should be proud of my loss so far*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200

MrsR - I read that as you'd lost 2lb on the bus :rotfl:
Scarlet - I used to work in a supermarket too. I cold do 25,000 steps on a 8hr shift when it was super busy. Can't say I miss it now but part of the reason I needed to start SW was moving to a sedentary desk job0 -
Wow scarlet what an amazing loss :j I think my biggest loss was 4lb in my first week, not been able to match it since, but it probably helps staying on plan for the whole week which I haven't done in a while
Having a better day today, did a bit of shopping this morning and bought some nice workout clothes which made me happy
Today's food:
B - overnight oats HEB made with turkish delight muller light, nectarines and strawbs and my lemon detox tea
L - greggs tuna pasta salad (5.5 syns), latte using my HEA
T - Linda Mc RoRo sausages with mash (there was supposed to be sprouts but I stupidly knocked the pan over so that went out of the window
Body magic was my Slim in 6 DVD and a pooch walk (got drenched)
Still have syns left over if I need them, might bank some though for later in the week
Well done lovely losers this week :T hugs and keep on plodding to those not liking what they saw on the scales this week0 -

My shop is a small one. Though a few years ago, I helped out when the largest shop opened and I did 22-24k. As I got customers asking me where a certain product was and it was guaranteed it was the other side of the shop. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Thank you, as always, for the chart Shala
Bit disappointed this week. Done mostly SP days, stayed within my syns, changed up my HEBs (rather than 100% hifi bars, I've had a combination of wholemeal thins, ryvita, cashew nuts and hifi bars) and only lost 1/2 a pound.
But I shall keep on keeping on, I now have 16 lbs to target. We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
