Hi all :) Hope you're all plodding along nicely. Feeling like a very long week for me this week, just have no energy and feel really stiff :(

Pleased to report a 4lb loss this week :D Not quite sure how I managed that but needless to say I'm rather pleased!! That brings my total loss to 2.5 stone, and technically brings me to target, but I don't feel quite ready to call target yet, if that makes sense?! I think I'm going to keep going to the end of this challenge and see where I'm at then. Part of me wonders if I'll ever reach a weight that feels right. On the other hand, I'm fairly happy with the way I'm eating at the moment, so it seems silly to start eating more just for the sake of it.

Quite a while ago someone posted a link about bra fitting, which I seem to have lost. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?!

Morning, the site has been misbehaving for me the last two days which is why I've not been around. Scales showing a STS this week, I'll be back tomorrow to confirm. Don't mind that so much if I get a good loss next week. It doesn't come off me each week in this weight range so I have to be patient and plod on. Time of the month has arrived as well. Still adapting after having my coil out.

    That's a fantastic loss rebster.:T

I know exactly what you mean about choosing a target. I know that if I go below mine I start looking scraggy around the neck and arms but also to stay below I'd have to be really strict with the plan (back to measuring milk and weighing cereal) whereas I've been able to relax a bit at target.

I think you should carry on with the plan until you either hit a plateau or you feel too thin:eek:.

I don't remember specific advice on bra fitting other than discussion that wearing a well fitting bra makes all the difference. That's one of the things I did when I got near target. I got myself properly measured at a local independent shop and paid a lot for a brilliantly fitting bra. Now I know my proper size I look when I'm in TKMaxx and try on anything in my size. I was really lucky in that I lost inches but kept my increased cup size!

First weigh in 6.5lb loss. Wasn't expecting that amount! As this was the loss first week 15 months ago k when I was over two stone heavier. Even had 20 syns one day as I miscalculated the sausages I had. Plus two Thornton chocolates I forgot to add.

That's fantastic scarlet.:T I'm sure it's fired you up for the week ahead.

Back to post my menu but just had to stop for a visitor.

I'm out for a pub meal with a friend tonight. I'll probably have a steak but don't see any sides on the menu other than chips. Wine syns will be consumed. Although I'm not going to WI today it's technically the start of my syn bank from now so I'll need to be sure to rein in the off plan meal this evening. I'll try very hard to be good tomorrow but it's much harder since my taste for wine syns is returning. ;)

I've had a SW breakfast (ham, fried egg, HEB toast, tomatoes and mushrooms) and lentil and veg soup planned for lunch so on plan all day until tonight.

Brilliant loss Scarlet! I've never lost that amount in all the time I've been doing SW (6 years now - 5+ at target!)

I went to WI this morning to see what the actual damage of the last 5/6 weeks of holiday have done and really pleased that I'm just 1lb over target range. Hoping to lose that this coming week. Will start keeping track better of my syns in the hopes of losing it (I generally only lost 0.5-1lb a week) but knowing my luck it'll only be 0.5lb and I'll have to pay!!!

Definitely want to be back in target range before going back to France towards the end of the month when the motorhome will hopefully be ready to continue our holiday.

Maman - enjoy your meal out including the wine syns. You know you can rein it back in during the week as you used to!
