  • Hi everyone

Letting the side down a bit today with a gain of 1lb but I've decided not to let a silly number on the scales bother me this week, although I'm a bit further away from the next stone bracket. I looked in the mirror today and felt slimmer than I have done in so long. And the MIL gave me a skirt for my hols today that I thought I didn't have a cats chance in hell of fitting in as she's a right skinny minnie .. and it did fit :j I reckon Monsoon must be generous with their sizes :D

    Today's food:

B - lemon detox tea, busy morning so didn't have anything proper
L - chicken tikka sub salad
T - mayflower chicken curry with microwave rice & SW chips

Light on speed today but will make up for it tomorrow

Candyapple well done on the NSV of fitting in to the Monsoon skirt.

Well my first SP day today. I hadn't really planned it that way but it was the way it turned out as when I thought about it at lunchtime I was only have a non SP item (potatoes) with my tea and I could easily miss those out and have more veg, which then gave me an extra HeB to have with lunch so I had a ham salad sandwich - following so far :rotfl:

Anyway the day ended up like this:
breakfast: toast (HeB) with peanut butter (2 syns) and DG coffee (2 syns)
    Snack: bowl of melon
lunch: Spicy carrot soup with a ham, lettuce and cucumber sandwich (HeB) plus a muller lemon delight yoghurt (2 .5 syns)
dinner: salmon coated with cajun spices and served with vegetable kebabs (mushroom, tomato, red onion, red and orange peppers and courgette)
Supper: Crackerbread (4 syns) and cheese (heA), 2 x satsumas

syns: 10.5 Syn bank remaining 94.5

 I haven't been around MSE in ages, hope everyone is well.

I am still on SW - loosely, a few tweaks have definitely crept in. Don't remember what I was up to when I last posted, but I *think* I've lost around 10lbs since then. Book is downstairs and cat is asleep on my lap so I'm not getting up to check. :rotfl:

Need 1lb to my next award this week, so fingers crossed!

  • Went on a first date today so plan kind of went out the window but still tried to make good choices.

B - 2 weetabix. Planned to have an Apple afterwards but then forgot.
No lunch as was go karting.
D - went to nandos (my choice, I love it!) - butterfly chicken breast (skin removed and given to date, spicy rice and mixed leaf salad. Put piri piri sauce on the side. 5 syns for the chicken and rice. Probably a couple of syns for the sauce.

2 sweets at the cinema as refused to eat anymore than that. Pretty bad day of eating to be honest but back on it 100% tomorrow!

    Xx
  • I didn't manage to get to class yesterday so can I log a STS please. Thanks.
Not much to report really so I'll nip off and eat my weetabix.
