Hiya - the consultant at my group is new to SW and she gave up her previous career and relocated to become a SW consultant, which quite surprised me. She took over an existing group and does a morning and evening class, however the previous consultant still does one class a week so there was a risk all her members might have changed to her class out of loyalty.

I think it's like any business, you have to put a lot in before you get any rewards, but I think it can be quite lucrative.

Back again, totally lost the plot this week so i'm having a few days off so I stop whirring things round in my head.. it'll probably mean a massive gain on Thursday but i'm not going to class so I don't care :p (remind me of this when i'm whinging I put 6lb on :rotfl:)

Sometimes it just feels like too much to think about when i'm stressed at work and PMTing, so no I didn't really need to eat the Reese's pieces that someone's bought in the office but I wanted to!:o:p:naughty:

How's everyone else? Good I hope xx

Good luck for weigh in rjhammond (I can't type your name without imagining Richard Hammond sorry :rotfl:)

Newme, this is the link I was on about on minimins, lots of positive and realistic views. I think the original OP gave it up after a while.

Good evening! Well done Fozzie, and thanks Shala for the chart! I've just been reminded of my target for the challenge - 18.5lbs!! What was I thinking?! Am I able to reduce that at this stage to ten please Shala? :o

Had a positively angelic day yesterday with only about three Syns. Today was:

B - Muesli (HExB) with Muller Light
D - Bacon, potato, mushroom, tomato and bean hash thing
    T - SW Chicken and mustard stew (1) with Aunt Bessie's C&S Mash (1)
Other - Coffees (4 Syns and HExA), peppermint tea, tiny piece of cake (7 Syns?), NAS Ribena, hot chocolate (2), Muller Light.
    TOTAL: 15 Syns

I was so proud of myself as I was eating my lunch - Even though it was on plan, I knew in my heart that I had two portions' worth on my plate, and I actually put half of it FROM MY ACTUAL PLATE into a box for tomorrow's lunch :T

I also did an hour of sprints this morning :D

Well it's very dark and dreary here so I'm going to finish off my work and make a hot choc and go to bed ASAP - stops me eating you see :D Have a lovely evening all!

Braclet non repairable because of were it has broken.
    Beads ok.
Cant afford a new one at present sadly.

Re SW consultant~start up costs high.
Another vote for not much return for hours involved.
You need to run a few classes for it to be worthwhile.
It is all geared for SW to make the money.
Some classes seem to have a very high turnover.

    Hi all

First weigh in today and lost 6lbs - well chuffed with that. Only 3lbs to lose and I will be back where I was when I stopped attending SW in January.

    Menu today was
Breakfast: Toast (HeB) and Peanut butter (2 syns), DG coffee
Lunch: Ham and cheese (HeA) salad, DG Coffee (2 syns)
    snack: apple and grapes
dinner: 2 x chicken burger (2 syns), peas, carrots and green beans
    extra - 2 x becks blue (4 syns)

    total syns 10 syns

A good bit of walking again today. DS1 was at summer school (getting ready for high school) so DS2 and I went off to the park. DS2 was on his bike and I was Pokemon hunting for DS1 (apparently I did quite well lol:rotfl:)

Right need to check menu plan for next week as I would really like to get that 3lbs rid off. Congrats to all the other losers and well done to the STS and gainers for keeping going.

Congratulations fozzie on SOTW and well done to everyone reporting in with losses so far this week. :T:T:T

I managed to shift another 2lbs this week from the 4.5lbs gain from the other week ( still 1lb to go) to get back to where I was but getting there.

A friend has invited me out for her birthday tea which will involve mayo-laden sarnies, cakes and cream scones :eek::eek: need I say more :rotfl:

Hope everyone going off on their jollies has a fab time - enjoy and we will still all be here when you get back .

Shame about your bracelet beanie :(.

I was feeling much better today so I decided an impromptu trip to London was in order- I wanted to see Selfridges Christmas Shop! Plus I've always wanted to see the London Transport Museum so I thought I'll go and see that. I picked the wrong day to go though- not only did it rain but the trains were really disrupted after a bridge collapsed onto the tracks. I still had a lovely day though- home now, PJ's on and feet up. And I've been really really good!
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi Light, banana, litre of water
L: Tuna and egg salad, clementine, Apple, water
T: M&S sweet chilli chicken salad (4.5 syns) ham, mango, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, grapes. Bottle of diet orange, water
Supper: WW wrap (5) Light Processed Cheese slices (HEXA) a little Mayo (1/2) Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5)
    Syns: 13.5
And my step count- I'm mega proud of this but I'm so sore now :( is:
    17,787!
Done a lot of walking today- I walked from Oxford Circus tube to Marble Arch Tube, round the museum, round the shops... I think my step count tomorrow will be v. low as I'm not moving off the sofa :D
