Yes Maman, I was toying with the idea of a Chinese last night but made a Roast Chicken dinner instead.

    Thanks Beanie and Maman.

Beanie do you have a smartphone? There are various apps you could download which would track your steps but of course it wouldn't work unless you had your phone with you. My friend does it this way (using an armband for her phone) and she likes it. I got a Fitbit cheap using my clubcard boost vouchers by annoyingly they have stopped doing boost! Might it be worth filling in an SAS log to help you get back on track and maybe a for and against sheet too? Hang in there.

Well done to all our losers, you have motivated me today so thanks! I went crazy yesterday and had a pub burger for lunch, cheese and crackers for dinner and then a share pack of Maltesers later in the evening - my DH ate about three of them so I'm calling that sharing! :rotfl: I am cross with myself as now I'll have to lose that gain and might STS at Saturday's weigh-in. Will have to get the speed foods on the go!

Breakfast: Weetabix (HEB) with SS milk (HEA) Cup of tea (1 syn for sugar)
Lunch: Baked potato with coleslaw (3.5 syns), ham and salad
Dinner: Chicken marinated in Reggae sauce (1 syn) plus roasted peppers, courgette and onion
Snacks: pineapple, strawberries and carrot sticks (maybe some pickle to dip the carrots in for 2 syns).
  • Hiya everyone

Was AWOL this weekend but I'm still here trying to be good. Had a successul SP day on Saturday but on Sunday I was out shopping and ended up munching on some bad things in Boots - although 2 of them were Shapers products so it could have been worse.

Today is te$co delivery day so needless to say there's very little speed in the house, very little of anything in the house if I'm honest :o and I'm popping out in a moment and completely famished so I'll need iron like willpower today. Will need lunch while I'm out so I'll pop into subway I think, I'm a sucker for their chicken tikka salad bowls :D

Hoping to do another SP day on Tues to try and reign things in a bit, the last one I did worked well I find they definitely make me feel less hungry

So far I've eaten crunchy bran with milk and banana for brekkie. Snack around 11am was rice cakes with tomato puree :rotfl: old mother hubbard's house here today I tell ya desperate times :D

Well done Monday losers so far :T
  • Afternoon all
Miserable day here not stopped raining. Does anyone get frustrated with their OH when they seem to lose more weight even when they're not really trying, my DH has lost a couple of pounds even though he has not been on plan much at all this week one meal alone worked out about 90 syns! I only have to go off plan once in a week and I'll be lucky if I maintain grr.
    Anyway rant over meals today
    B. Fruit yoghurt
    L. Chicken mayo salad sandwich heb
    D. Spaghetti Bolognese full of speed with cheese hea
Syns 1 for light mayo, milk for teas today 5 gingerbread biscuits 6

    Hi guys.

Hope all is well with everyone!

Not eaten much this last couple of days, haven't been feeling 100% plus I'm on nights now so that's screwing my body up.

L - gammon, veg and sw chips.
    D - gammon and salad.
S - quavers (4 and a half syns). Muller light vanilla yoghurt. Grapes.

    Hexa - 250ml semi skimmed
Hexb - 2 hi fi light bars.

First meal of today will be a heavier one before I go to work. Salad will be when I'm at work.

    Weigh in tomorrow!

Lost another 2lb so I am now 2lb away from goal. Hoping to do it this week but it may not happen as tomorrow is my birthday and I will be having cake. But we'll see. I could surprise myself!
