Well done to all the losers and commiserations for gainers.
Beanie - draw a line under yesterday and start again. I don't tend to keep stuff in that is too synful (apart from wine!) so it makes it easier not to eat a weeks syns in one go!!!
Keep plodding - as you always tell everyone else.
Was a bit over on syns yesterday as only had white bread in the house before I went shopping so had a coupe of slices of white toast - but sure I'll be able to pull it back over the next few days.
Completely back on plan today:
B - SW fry up
L - roast beef & mustard sandwich (HEB + 1); nectarine
D - slow cooked chicken, roast potatoes & parsnips, cabbage & peas; splash of gravy
HEA - milk
Syns - mustard 1; splash gravy 1; 2 glasses of wine 12

Just saw them in my local Sainsburys......
Temptingly near the fresh fruit that I had gone in for!!
Managed to come out with just the fruit, but it was a near thing :rotfl:TakeItEazy wrote: »Damn Doritos and their new flavours  just had to test them out

Morning all
Not sure how far I'll get with this post as this is the first chance I've had to sit down so far today. Yesterday was just as busy as I expected, fish and chips were very popular, but I have to confess to giving in to a pasty for tea as we were both so exhausted by closing time that it was just the easiest and quickest thing to do. I'm sure I must have burned enough calories to cover it anyway. We didn't have wine either so I had wine syns banked and not used too.
Denise - so sorry to hear about the motorhome, what a terrible end to your holiday. I dread to think how much a new engine would cost.greentiger wrote: »OOOOH! Just 7 ½ syns for a cornetto! Very tempting – even although I’m not that fond of them, lol!

Good morning, I am reporting a 1lb loss sorry Shala I can't do BOLD and RED.
Good to see you getting a loss wiz, and you too julie.:T
Meant to say that Galia melons are on offer in Aldi this week. Not very big but I'm sure they'll taste good.
I'm sure a swapping a pasty for wine syns will have worked out well lois. Hope there aren't too many temptations today.:)
Like denise, I find it best not to buy synful food beanie. Another bonus of that is that if I have a treat when I'm out (like a slice of cake) then I'm not tempted to eat the rest which I would do at home. If you really did eat a week's worth yesterday then do your very best to rein it back. There's time.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: probably JP with cottage cheese and pickleslamb shank on parsnips, leeks and carrots with SW roasties and runner beans
Syns: scrape of spread, maybe wine or chocolate??0 -
MrsR~~7000 steps is just fab.
I dont manage many at all..
Does anyone know of a cheap alternative to a fitbit by any chance?
Thanks.
