So I've had a really lazy dinner - couldn't be bothered to cook. I've got a huge amount of Heck products. One of everything in fact so I've cooked 1 1/2 packs of sausages (cooking for hubby too). I've had 1 pork and apple (3 syns) and 3 chicken Italia sausages (1/2 syn each) with some veg and the Bisto cauliflower cheese. On the package there's a competition to win £5 so I took a punt and entered the code and I only flipping won £5! Should get a cheque in the post in abo 4 weeks. Not too shabby eh?
  • Just a flying post...TIE - that;s the book my sister used as she was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and it scared the life out of her!! She lost 28lbs in the 8 weeks until I talked her into SW as I think 8 weeks is fine but it's not sustainable for long term...as of today she has lost 53LB!! so proud of her...and all her health tests show she's healthy...:)

1st day of my holidays...still feel we're in mourning over BOY going but we're going to catch ourselves on and go and enjoy our holiday...off to Lanza tomorrow to spa it up...will check in and see how y'all are doing...*peace out*

Hope you enjoy your concoction shala.

Good luck with the descending family greentiger. It'll be interesting to hear what SW friendly treats you serve up.

Have a lovely holiday gfb. Just think how good you'll feel when you next see your DS and you're looking and feeling fab! Enjoy your break and then come back and get in the zone.

Change of plan here for lunch. fancied something more substantial than soup so had a good SP alternative: veggie omelette and pickles.

I must be getting better. Taste for wine syns is returning.;)

    Hi all,

Am pleased to report a 2lb loss at group today, very pleased at this.

Although I've had a bit of a blowout today foodwise!

Will be back on it tomorrow!

Going to make some overnight oats for the morning.

Good night all (or should it be good morning, lol!).
