Just caught up on the last couple of days. :T to all the losers, so pleased for you.:D
Hope your DD gets positive results from her blood test fozzie. If it is thyroid, they should soon sort that out with medication.
wiz, Asda Chosen by You grapefruit is 1.5 syns for 100g but Smart Price is 3.5. Both include the juice though and if you don't have that it should be even lower. Certainly lower than Cornetto!;)
Great to see you back b-e-g. It's a bu**er than medication messes up your weightloss. Hopefully it'll soon be back under control.
rebster, I'm quite old fashioned with recipes. I print them off and try them out. I've got a pretty box that the loose print outs (or cut from magazines) go in. When I find a recipe becomes a favourite it gets transferred to a folder which has all my favourite recipes filed in.

DD1 just called by with a big bag of Speed food for me!:D They'd been to a PYO place and brought strawberries, courgettes and (my favourite) runner beans.
I had a lovely day out in the Cotswold with DH yesterday and out for lunch with DD2 today. Both days eating (except for breakfast) have been very off plan especially tea in Burford yesterday when I had an enormous piece of coffee cake.
So line drawn and I need to do my meal plan and then shop tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a good weekend whatever you're up to.:)0 -

Hi everyone
Long old day for me. Pleased to say the cough has gone overnight, the anti-b's worked their magic. Left house this morning at 9am for a 10am meeting with mentor- got back at 6pm via a very expensive taxi! However if I had gone for the bus I would still be on my way now so was grateful for the taxi. Had my meeting and then a virtuous lunch in Subway- then spent the afternoon shopping and met up with my fibro support group for drinks. I'm now on the sofa in my PJ's- bliss!
Today's menu:
B: HEXB HiFi Light x 2, decaff coffee with HEXA, sparkling water
L: Subway ham salad (no dressing/olives) still water
Snack: Melon and pineapple slices, Becks Blue (2 syns)
T: Steamed sea bass, baby broccoli, baby cauli, carrots, peas, sweetcorn. Can of NAS cream soda. Ice Lolly (3.5 syns)
S: Bottle of San Miguel 0.0 (4 syns) Bag of Hula Hoops Puft (3.5 syns)
Syns: 13
Body Magic: 11,311 steps
I have the DVD of my favourite film to watch tonight. Nice chill out for me after a long day. OH and I are off to IKEA tomorrow, he's got strict instructions to keep me away from the meatballs at all times :rotfl:

Hi, I have spoilt my day today by having a cornetto:mad::mad:I have had chocolate cake
We had indian takeaway tonight and I feel thoroughly stuffed and now bursting at the seams! Not sure it was even worth it, I feel awful and bloaty now. So having a detox tea to try and undo some of the damage, I feel fit to burst!
Might try some SP over the weekend as today was supposed to be a SP day until OH called and tempted me! Try again tomorrow ..0
