Went back today after 7 weeks.

Gained 6.5lb in that time - 5 or 5.5lb was from the sickness big I had in early June.

Started as a new member so I lost 2st 2lb the first time - this is the difference between both joining weights and funnily enough the weight I need to lose.

Oh it's a bit big :rotfl:

Thanks for sharing Tweets (sorry posted before finishing).

Was just trying out the photo adding, was toying with adding photo of myself to 'come out' as target member. Not too sure now though! Anyone want to see me? ;-)

Hope everyone is feeling better and all the sore mouths are improving :)

Worrying day for me. Youngest DD (24) has been having heart/breathing issues and needed an emergency appointment at docs, so all plans went out the window. She has urgent referral to hospital. But my eating is even worse than usual when stressed/upset/worried. Hopefully it is nothing to worry about, but glad they are taking it seriously.

Will just have to do as well as I can.

B - 35g sultana bran (heb) then it went haywire!

L - 1/2 nectarine shared with DGS while we waited at the docs.

3pm when I finally got home I made a quick omelette (mushroom, spring onions, bacon) and my 2nd cup of tea (hea milk).....usually on cuppa 10 by that time :rotfl:

T - I had put SW Campfire Stew in slow cooker when I 1st got up so hopefully can have some later. gammon, carrots, onions, red peppers, yellow peppers, baked beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, few lentils to thicken it.

I am using a mobility scooter while waiting for a knee replacement and bizarrely managed to whack the "good" knee into a lamp post, at speed. Ouchy

I think a few syns may be needed as comfort food today!
