    Evening everyone
Sorry to hear about the toothy problems. I have TMJ (jaw problems) and so I have loads of problems with my teeth so I do sympathise! I've been laid up today- I'm just getting over a chest infection which has set off my vertigo so I've spent the day lying on the sofa. I'm being super careful with my food when I can't get about- I managed to get to the village Co-op and did a shop of there- fruit, salad and chicken, so I had a lovely lunch. My friend came to visit this afternoon and brought me some chocolate biscuits from Ireland- luckily there's only 6 in the pack cos they're five syns each!! I do struggle with getting my syns in sometimes so that will help. :D
B: HEXB 3 Ryvita, tin of beans, Apple, decaff coffee with 1/2 HEXA
L: Jacket spud with other half HEXA Laughing Cow, big salad- lettuce, cherry and salad tomatoes, red onion, peppers, cucumber, beetroot, gherkins. Tin of tuna, small amount of mayo (1 syn) Water. Fresh blackberries and raspberries with 0.0% Activia vanilla.
T: SW five bean chilli, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli, spinach, green beans, carrots. Mini Twister (2 syns)
Supper: 2 Chocolate Kimberley biscuits (10 syns! Eek! I hope they're worth it :D) Cup of decaff coffee with remainder of HEXA.
    Syns: 13
Hang in there everyone- and thanks for the warm welcome back :)

Jings! It’s the day of the dentist discussion. I’ll join in too. I get in a terrible state beforehand . I didn’t sleep last night and all this morning my stomach was churning - all because I had to go for a check-up today. I needed a filling. My dentist is lovely and just went ahead and did it and the scaling and polishing there and then to save me coming back. She was saying they’d done a survey recently which included questions about anxiety. She was surprised that people she’d been treating for 20+ years noted varying degrees of anxiety. She said they didn’t seem so, happily chatting about what they were doing or about holidays. You have my sympathies, mirry.

    Hello again, Maisie & Mrs_R.

Not dental for me - possibly viral I'm thinking. Hubby has had a cold for a week and I thought he had passed it on to me. Been having one viral feelings - sore throat, bit sniffly but not blocked nose, glands in my throat feel larger, tiredness, lethargy but I've also developed back ache which is steadily getting worse. Right near the base of my spine but spreading out to both sides, although it started more on the right side. Oh and I'm constantly too warm. Wouldn't say I have a fever but definitely feel warmer than normal. Can viruses give back ache? Toying wi the idea of phoning the Drs on Friday if I don't improve tomorrow as it will have been a week by then.

-2lbs for me this week :j I'm only a tiny bit gutted that it wasn't 2.5 off to get my 3st award again (and get rid of last week's TOTM gain) but so so happy with the loss! :j:j

About to have a very yummy off-plan trifle after sweating buckets doing some youtube workouts

    Hope everyone's well

Mrs Ryan tmj problems are awful, I have a wobbly jaw too, and they gave me a jaw exercise sheet to follow. I look silly doing it but it really helped, have you tried it?

Well done going to the dentist green tiger, I think we are very brave :)
I'm more terrified of the injection than the work they do as a few years ago they injected me and my heart went crazy fast, then I passed out cold. Apparently I reacted to the adrenalin because I have pots syndrome. So now I get a adrenalin free injection which is fine.

I just had icecream, hopefully by the weekend I can get back to it.
    Kindness costs nothing :)

Can I have -2 for the chart please. Finally made it to my original target of 3 stone - was 12 9 and now 9 9. Not sure whether to call this target or not. Would like to be nearer 9 than 10 but I'll see where my weight settles.
Well done to everyone this week esp SOTW. Thanks to shala for the chart.

Hi all, hope everyone is well?

-4lbs please Shala :j:j:j That bloat last week must have been something :rotfl:

Interesting reading about the clothes sizes - I think I lost 2.5 or 3 stone before I went down a size properly but each half or three quarters stone after that meant another size down. Of course where you shop makes all the difference! And my trouser sizes are much smaller than the tops - and it's not as if I have big boobs...but I am wide of shoulder and back.

In fact, a few months in to SW my OH says 'Oh you've lost weight, your boobs are smaller' ;) So is my @rse my love says I.

I've just realised that 28th July last year is when I signed up(I thought it was August) so it's a year this week and I've lost a smidgen over 5 stone in that time. Will power isn't my strong point and I can't believe that I've stuck at it this long, it gives me hope that'll be able to maintain once I hit target which is only 9LBs away now.

Sorry for the very self indulgent post :o

Not self indulgent at all orlao! I found your post very reassuring re the first dress size requiring more weightloss! Congrats on your excellent loss this week, you're so close to target now :T

Well done to all our losers - some really good numbers coming in! :j

Candyapple sorry you missed your 3st award by a smidge but you'll nail it next week.

Hope everyone feeling under the weather feels better soon. People often dismiss toothache and colds but I find they really bring me down, you just don't know where to put yourself.

It's a hard slog for me this week. Am being saintly and according to my scales I have only lost 1lb since Saturday's weigh-in. I think I'm a bit PMTish so probably feeling more annoyed than is reasonable! :rotfl:
