    Hey all!
Me again :o back on the wagon again. I'm determined to be back in that size 14 dress for my graduation next summer so I have a year to lose 3.5 stone!! Re tattoos- I have 14 :) I'm very much a tatt person. Would love more but my health keeps getting in the way unfortunately. My first two weeks have been pretty good- I was at mum's first week so I knew I would do well. This week- 2nd weigh in and I won Slimmer of the Week which I was really happy about. :) My total weight loss in two weeks is 10lb :)
I'm going for my stone award this week (must be mad :D) I'm off to Dublin a week on Monday so I have to try and be good after next week's weigh in as I will miss my usual WI on Monday and I'll WI at my consultants other group on the Thursday. I am already seeing a difference- I bought a pair of size 20 skinny jeans from Primark yesterday and a size 18 top which I had tried on a few weeks previously and didn't look right- I was shocked the jeans were a good fit! The top fits nicely too so I'm doing ok. Just have to keep going.

    Yesterday's menu was:
B: Peach, 2 bananas, and HEXB 2x HiFi Light, cup of decaf coffee, can of NAS Pink Lemonade
L: Subway ham salad and bottle of water
    Afternoon: Litre of water
T: SW ready meal cottage pie, peas, sweetcorn, spinach, broccoli, green beans, carrots, soy sauce. Mini Twister (2 syns)
Supper: Sweet Chilli Chicken chunks, gherkins, beetroot, bag of Salt n Shake crisps (6.5 syns) cup of decaff tea
    Syns: 8.5
Healthy Extra A- milk in my hot drinks B- 2 x HiFi

    Good to be back xx

I don't have any tattoos - they are not something that I'm very keen on. Although hubby does have one on his left arm, it's quite faded now though. I have my ears pierced 3 times in each, but generally only wear one pair now.

I bought a couple of tops for my holiday from Tescos last night, both size 16. Couldn't try them on in the store because the fitting rooms were closed. Tried them on at home though and they were fine.

    Hi all :hello:

Well I joined back at SW last night and am pleased that I have only gained 9lbs since January when I left and that is after a 3 week holiday which I only came back from on Monday.

So now I am at my heaviest non pregnant weight and determined to loose this extra baggage.

I am busy catching up with the thread and am currently at April so hope to be up to date soon :D. I hope everyone is well and I will post my menu when I decide what I am having for breakfast and lunch.

Hi everyone, am wondering if anyone does SW on their own? I'm currently on mat leave with my 2nd who is 6months and I really need to start shifting some weight! I have the books as I lost over a stone in 2012 before I had my son so know what to do, i just can't afford to go to a class until I'm back at work but I'm worried my lack of willpower will win. This thread is great for support and ideas so I'm hoping I could do it!

I've been going it alone and also have the books from losing 2.5 stone in 2010 online. I've lost nearly 3 stone since November. Have found lots of help and support online especially from this forum. I don't post much but if you read the first page, follow the thread and ask any questions you will get the support you need without having to sign up online. Good luck.

Edited to add that I put back on the 2.5 stone I lost in 2010 but aiming not to do the same this time.

I dont know where I am ATM, I had my tooth removed Monday (nearly 48 hours ago) and I'm in a lot of pain still. Im only having soups and shakes so not a lot of calories but its not sw plan.

I'm hoping I can think of a sloppy food sw menu plan for the next few weeks.
    Any ideas would be great.

All I can think is tin of spagettie and mash potato, scrambled egg/more soup :(
    Kindness costs nothing :)

    Good Morning mirry

Sorry about your tooth I remember having a wisdom tooth out many years ago and the gum got infected. I would go back to the dentist if I was you and they will clean it and probably gave you a course of antibiotics. Good luck.

This is the next tattoo I'm getting. It won't be exactly the same as obviously the tattooist will out their own spin on the design but that's the jist of it

    morning all,

struggling today with stomach cramps and other bits.

breakfast: sliced apple and strawberries with fat free rhubarb and vanilla yogurt (free) - not finished this yet as when I start eating I feel worse so trying to nibble on it when I can
lunch: I've brought in a tub with: a little wholemeal pasta, peas, sweetcorn, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onion and 2 asda reduced fat pork sausages (0.5syn)
tea: planning on gammon with a microwave jacket potato and salad if I can manage it. if I'm still in so much discomfort then i'll leave it and just have some soup or heb cereal when I can manage it
