Hi all - busy morning here again, but I've got 5 minutes before I leave DH in the shop and cook our dinner. We're having leftovers with pasta so it won't take long.
I'm definitely heavier from the waist down, I've always been a smaller size on top, but usually there's only one dress size between them, not two as now. I've also always had a small waist in relation to my hips too, often finding trousers gap at the back.
I may be becoming more particular about how things fit - in my younger days I'd have probably gone for the smaller size as long as I could do them up, not caring if they were tight or gave me a muffin top. Now I quite like the looseness in my jeans although I need a belt to keep them up. I've taken in the waist of some trousers by at least 3 inches as they don't have belt loops and they were really threatening to fall down even when they were fastened up!
I'm another one that's tattoo free - I've seen some lovely ones and been tempted but the whole idea of something being there for the rest of my life stops me doing it.
Thanks for the info on the semi-colon MrsP - I've seen them on people and didn't like to ask the meaning.
Right, better go - catch you later.

:T great loss fozzie!
Glad you're feeling perkier today lantanna. Getting your head in the zone is a big part of weightloss.
Glad you had a good time yesterday lush. I think you were quite restrained over the weekend as a whole and you'll soon claw those syns back. Great idea to run with your neighbour. I'd suggest you start ASAP while the evening's are light and it'll be a nice bit of 'me time' for you too.
No tats, no piercings not even pierced ears here. I do have highlights though.;)
From general consensus it seems losing the first dress size is the hardest but that's probably because it takes a while to fit properly into the clothes we're bursting out of when we joined!:D I agree about not wearing clothes that barely do up lois. I don't think it looks very flattering as well as being uncomfortable.rjhammond91 wrote: »Nervous for weigh in..
Food for today.
B - 2 weetabix (hexb) with semi skimmed (hexa) and canderel. Apple afterwards.
L - grapefruit and muller light yoghurt
D - tuna pasta with salad - peppers, onions, cucumber and lettuce.
Snacks - quavers (4 and a half), maybe skittles (7 syns for 36g)
Fingers crossed for your WI rj. I know most people try to eat light on WI day but if that's a typical day's menu for you then you're not eating enough food. It's SW friendly, got all the Speed and HEXs right but there's just not enough of it.
It's a bit like Groundhog Day here. I'm planning sausages but it's still warm and sunny so not sure whether to have mash as planned. I probably will as I miss having LO veg as I find it both yummy and filling for lunches.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast
L: JP with cottage cheese, cornichons and beetrootBGTY sausages (2), mash, fried onions, carrots, cabbage, peas
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, gravy, maybe chocolate (about 3/4 syns worth of 70%).0 -

Haha thanks! Normally I do eat a proper lunch it's just because I'm working overtime today and don't have time to cook something proper! Normally I have a decent lunch and dinner!
Ok I'll go make some bacon scrambled egg and beans... And I'll go sit on the naughty step for 5 mins :rotfl:0 -
