That's the only problem with WI at 5pm is that I've had to eat something during the day. Granted I don't eat much on a Monday because I want to keep myself as lift as possible :rotfl:

Oh it's a bit big :rotfl:

Thanks for sharing Tweets (sorry posted before finishing).

Was just trying out the photo adding, was toying with adding photo of myself to 'come out' as target member. Not too sure now though! Anyone want to see me? ;-)

Me! :) I love a good weightloss pic! Congratulations on being at target, that's an amazing achievement.

Fozzie don't be too hard on yourself, you have a lot going on. Just do your best and don't worry if it's not perfect. I hope your DD is okay, sounds scary but she is getting help straight away which is great.

Hope you feel better soon MrsRyan.

Thank you Bettyboof and beanielou - DD might be 24 but she is still my baby! :o

The GP she saw earlier has just phoned her (after hours) to say she had reviewed the tests DD had when she went to A&E recently and they omitted to test her thyroid (very common cause of her symptoms). GP is shocked it wasn't done but has booked a blood test for DD for tomorrow.

While not great, a thyroid issue seems a better outcome than a heart one. And both myself and my ex her dad have underactive thyroids.

    Fingers crossed.

Yaaay I've finally caught up with you all. I hadn't been around for a couple of weeks and you lot haven't half been chattering on ;).

Lovely to see new faces among us and some of our 'old' friends returning - :hello:

My head has been all over the place this last few weeks and I am having my meds messed around with which has the knock on effect on my bloody weight grrrrrr. In one week I went from the the very bottom end of target range to teetering over the top end even with sticking 100% on plan. Have managed to shift just a wee bit of the gain but it has made me a grumpy guts if I'm honest. I had a chat with nurse yesterday and she thinks I will need to see dr again in a couple of weeks and I just know he is going to have another tinker around with meds.

Hope all the poorlies are feeling better soon.

Hopefully I will be able to keep up with you all now.

Evening all, hope you're all well :) Not been able to check in much this week as have had various car troubles which seem to be taking up all my free time :(

Have managed to stay on track though, despite the stresses! And have been rewarded with a 3lb loss this week, which brings me almost to my pre holiday weight!

Made a lovely recipe earlier this week, would definitely recommend: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1508642/squash-chicken-and-couscous-onepot

Does anyone have a good way of keeping track of their favourite recipes? I'm often trying out different recipes but then I forget which ones went well and which didn't!!
