Congratulations, debjay, whatever you decide about your target.
fozzie, I hope you have good news soon re your daughter’s health.
You look lovely, TIE. You’ve captured your smile beautifully!
That’s a great loss, Rebster.
Well, I’m writing this from the naughty step - I went loopy today. I’m not out tomorrow, so that should help me compensate for today’s lapses.
See you all tomorrow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Good to see you back BEG
These things are sent to try us, the story definitely doesn't end when you get to target and medical issues really upset the apple cart. I could write a book on it.
- 3 lbs for me last night. Hopefully back on a losing streak but still a long road ahead.
I swear the backside of my trousers is threatening to split at any second...............0 -
Morning all, I've been away with work this week, with no real control over what I ate (school dinners and restaurant meals) so I'm surprised to find that I've lost half a pound this week. Better than a poke in the eye eh? Today I'm off for a day out to the seaside and will be having fish and chips, but starting up food optimising proper again from tomorrow (I don't think the cereal diet worked very well for me!).
Hope everyone's OK, not had time to read back. Have a great day!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Good to see you back BEG.
Fozzie sounds like positive news, will keep my fingers crossed.
Well done on your loss Rebster I just paste recipes into a word document and store them in a SW folder on my laptop. You can get some nice recipe organisers if you want to print them out and store them that way. There's a company called Kikki.K who do some great ones - google the UK shop as they are a Swedish company with their head offices in Australia (I think!)
Good work on your losses lantanna and tete
I'm weighing in tomorrow so trying to be extra good today:
Breakfast - banana, slice of toast with jam (HEB) (1 syn for jam)
Lunch - baked potato with cheese (HEA) and coleslaw (3.5 syns), ham and salad
Dinner - SW paella
Snacks - orange, plums, carrot and cucumber sticks0 -
Hi all - I'm a wreck today...our son has now moved to England...I'm barely keeping it together at work having cried and sobbed for the whole morning...DH is even worse....last day of work before our holidays...I hope we can cheer up before we go away!0

Aw :grouphug: that must be hard Ginger (that group hug looks a bit dodgy, sorry!!) Have you made plans to see your son again soon?0
-
That’s a fantastic loss, lantanna.
Every little helps, Tete. Enjoy your [STRIKE]last [/STRIKE]fish supper.
Betty, I had all my SW recipes (and others, including old favourite family ones from long dead relatives) stored on the computer, but when my laptop fried its hard drive at 8 months old, I lost the lot! Make sure yoou keep backing them up on something else. Good idea to print them out.
Sending huge hugs to you, gingerfurball.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Well done Beanie!
I see any sort of loss as a victory these days!
The office was scoffing fish and chips for their lunch today, stayed strong and ate my on plan lunch.
There is literally no worse a smell though than fish and chips when you are trying to be good. But clearly I am in the zone at the minute so I am running with it, because no doubt falling off the wagon again is round the corner.
Started reading After You a couple of nights ago and enjoying it so far0
