    Hi all
Ugh I'm suffering today. I stupidly had two cakes yesterday and they've gone right through me :( three Imodium later and it's only just subsided! I was supposed to go to group tonight but I decided against it because of my tummy troubles so I'm going to weigh at my consultants other group on Thursday. That's taught me a lesson! :(
    Today:
B: HEXB HiFi Light x 2, banana, decaff coffee
L: Ham Subway salad, (1 syn for olives) water, then some melon fingers, nectarine fingers, raspberries, mango fingers, plus carrot and cucumber sticks
T: Salmon fillets and egg noodles (3.5 syns) mixed veg
S: WW wrap (5 syns) 3/4 HEXA Light Processed Cheese, Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5)
    Syns: 12
Steps: 12351 (I had to go into town to collect my travel money card- I did so many steps because I caught the express bus back and had to walk the length of the village to go to the post office )

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Fozzie on your SOTW, great work! :T

Despite my best intentions I have been TERRIBLE today! I ate my meals as planned but then scoffed choc chip cookies, a curly wurly and too much cheese. TOTM has arrived so that explains the madness but still, I know better.

I need a 1.5lbs loss to get my Club 10 on Saturday - is it still possible to do it do you think??

    I'll be back lovelies.

Top Boy on holiday with his dad until Sunday so I'm calling this my holiday as well. Lots of boozy meals with Top Bloke, meeting friends for wine nights, takeaways just because and very little in the way of greens or exercise :o

WI today suggests only a pound on, if that's the same next Tuesday, I'll drop dead of shock.

But, I'm on my holidays from parenting, work and SW. Be fine. Probably.

Well done to all of you staying on plan.

    Morning all,

First day in my new job yesterday and it all went well.

Kept on plan for the day, but then by the evening it all went downhill - ended up eating a pastry (hubby bought them at Asda, they had whoops stickers on) and then it totally went to pot!

    Hopefully today will be better!

Well done Fozzie on being SOTW - 4lb is a great loss! Never managed that ever!

Enjoy your "holiday" Top Girl. Sounds like you're planning a great time. Think it's a really good idea to have your holiday while Top Boy is with his dad.

Had another good day yesterday and only had a few syns as was peckish mid afternoon so had a slice of roast beef spread with mustard; big chunks of cucumber and some beetroot - 1 syn.

Had some mustard piccallili with my dinner, as well as beetroot with my dinner so another 1 syn.

Definitely reining the extra syns back from the weekend. Just today and tomorrow before WI.

    Having a Green day today:

B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB)
L - HM onion soup; cheese crouton (HEA/HEB)
D - rustic root veg hotpot (from Free Food Feasts book)

Again no syns planned and didn't buy anything yesterday when I went shopping for snacks, apart from crisps for DH, which I tend not to eat so if I fancy anything extra it will have to be free foods again! Only really got salad or grapes at the moment.

    Good morning

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Fozziebear for SOTW. :T

Yesterday was an absolute wash-out here, I feel so sorry for the poor campers! It wasn't raining first thing today, thankfully, so I was able to bring deliveries in and open up without getting soaked, but since then there has been another heavy shower. Hopefully we've seen the back of it now, although it will head up through the country so if you didn't get rain yesterday you're likely to get it today!

Bettyboof - you can turn this round in time for your weigh in, draw a line under yesterday and start with Day One today, keep to a few syns and make sure you have plenty of speed food. You CAN do it. :D

Top Girl - enjoy your staycation but try not to go so mad that you regret it next week.

Beanie - what colour fitness band did you go for? I was nearly tempted to order one but couldn't decide which colour I liked best.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Good morning everyone,

Congrats Fozzie for SOTW, and thanks as always for the chart Shala.

Reporting a loss of -1.5lbs please Shala. This brings me near to the low end of my target which is just where I want to be as we're off on holiday on Friday for the next couple of weeks. In view of this Shala may I call a halt to the challenge, as I've cracked my target. I've decided to be less careful on holiday, and I am a couple of lbs in credit :D.

I haven't read everyone's posts this week, but hugs if you need them.
