I posted on the old thread not realising there is a shiny new one :)

My post mentioned how I tried on a dress today and well it looked just awful. So I'm back and determined to slowly but surely shift some pounds.

First things first. I'd like to join in the challenge so Shala please can you put me down for 8 pounds Thank you

  • Not posted for s few days as I am working in France for 10 days, staying in hotels & eating in restaurants. i don't have a choice on some days. It's difficult at breakfast, as French breakfasts are very bread based, including croissants & pain au chocolat! So far I have managed to keep to boiled eggs, ham & fruit, which is fine. I have had salads for lunches, but ate out on one day I had veggie quiche. & a dessert(!). I'm a tour guide so have to eat with the clients some days. They got together with cheese & bread in the evening, but I tried to eat sparingly, but the hole day came to about 27 Syns!
The first day I had ham salad for starter, followed by steak & salad.
Yesterday I bought salad stuff & ham, & had a huge Smoked salmon salad for dinner. No entr!e & no dessert.
Hopefully I'll be able to make the right choices out of a sea of temptation!
Sorry for the spelling errors,I'm doing this on my phone.
On the plus side, I'm doing a lot more walking.
