Argh, lost my post! Will try to remember it all...

Another line of washing out here and my big rhodo out front is now in full bloom too. I really need to take a cutting of it to try and grow another one in the back garden which the previous owner completely cleared. :( The neighbour has one in her back garden so it should like the position. But back to the point, I love this time of year!

My scales are showing me up 2.5lbs today  so definitely in for a gain unless I lose a pound a day! Will be another weigh and run I think. I looked at groups around my (hopefully) new office and there's one about 10 minutes walk away. So if this job offer comes through, I think I will switch to that. It's an early evening group though, and I've only ever gone to morning groups. So switch week should be interesting!

Today's plan is veggie as DH isn't home, so I can use up all the bits he won't eat...
Breakfast - Weetabix, berries and latte (A/B)
Lunch - Bunless (or mushroom bun if I buy one this morning) Quorn burger with toppings (3)
Dinner - LM sausages (didn't have these yesterday) BNS and broccoli (1.5)

    morning all.

    today:
breakfast: banana and 2 cups of tea (milk from HeA)
snack: space raiders (3) apple slices
lunch: beans on HeB toast followed by grapes and strawberries with quark
    snack: orange wedges
tea: not sure yet. something with salad and some homemade (syn free) wedges plus free cottage cheese with chives for dipping

out at lunch running errands so lots of walking. other drinks are water and Ribena winter spice (free) served warm :)

sneaky home weigh this morning to see what I'm battling against before weigh in tomorrow and they say a small loss/sts so I may get lucky!

Hello all - not posted in a couple of days but sticking pretty much to plan...trying to get at least 30 minutes walking in each day...harder some days as stuck in the office (not got treaddy down to work yet)

I do like the sound of that Keema curry - just looked up a recipe and I think that might be for tea tonight.

    Other than that,,,
B: 2 boiled eggs and a kiwi fruit
L: ham and cheese sandwich (HE a & b) with a nice juicy pear
D: I'm thinking that yummy sounding keema curry and rice...maybe some stir fry veggies

Sneaky peak on the scales looks like a STS so far...but I tend to have a blip in the middle of the week....we'll see :)

    Afternoon

I quite like the early evening group now June, I find you get home at a reasonable time to still enjoy your dinner, whereas the 7-7.30 groups were always really late.. hope you get the job!

I hate work mates sometimes lantanna ... just scowl at them :rotfl: inconsiderate they are!!

OH is out at a gig tonight so it's an early tea for us.. trying a red day again

    B - yogurt (0.5) banana, granola (0.5heb)
    L - 5 x cornthins (heb) laughing cow (0.5hea) pickles, apple, ham, chutney (2)
T - chicken fajitas with lettuce wraps, 100g jacket potato"crisps" (0.5heb) salsa, cheese (hea)
    S - popcorners (4.5) milk (0.5hea)

Had a sneaky weigh in this morning and it looks like I'm in for a STS again :( fed up..

I've been putting off starting my HIIT exercise as I didn't want it stopping my weight loss this early on but I may as well just start if I'm not losing anyway..

    Hope you're all good xx

Start the Hiit Shala, I suspect your like me at the stage of your weightloss where it is hard to shift. The size 14 - size 10 road is very hard for me, always has been.

You will benefit though from the Hiit in more ways than one so my advice would be just start it!

Off to find out about a potential job this afternoon, fingers crossed!

Hi Lois Lane. For breakfast I was having porridge but as that's the only time I have milk (I don't drink tea or coffee) I was synning it and the honey so breakfast was costing me abut 4 syns. So, rather than doing that everyday I've started mixing it up. So I might have an omelette or bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. I've tried the baked oats and love them so on the days when I have time - so maybe 2 or 3 times a week I can have that. Lunch I usually have a salad or pasta - I don't do sandwiches as I don't find them very filling and we don't eat a lot of bread. Most of the time if we bought or made a loaf some of it would get chucked as it had gone mouldy
If I bought the ryvita it would give me another option for lunch. I could have open ryvita sandwiches

MrsP, I always make my porridge with water. The oats are quite creamy themselves, so I don't feel like I'm missing out not having milk. It's good to mix up breakfasts though, I used to do that more and feel in a bit of a rut now but I don't fancy cooked breakfasts at the moment. I've also done baked oats the night before and they're fine in the morning.

Job offer came through at lunchtime, and at a higher salary than I was expecting! Start in a few weeks. :money:

    Hi,
I am a forum newbie ahd have been doing SW online since Jan - weight loss was slow but I got under 10 stone for my sisters wedding in mid-april. Since then though I've fallen off the SW wagon and I am raging at myself as I only had 4 lbs to go till target.
Haven't weighed myself so I am going to have a weight target - is that ok?
    Target is 9st 10lbs.
