Hi Maman, I just wanted to get into my size 12 jeans. I know that I am still 'overweight' according to 'the book', but I look normal (ish) and I feel normal so that'll do. I will carry on though as I know that I can still lose more, but anything from now on is a bonus rather than a 'must have' IYKWIM?

Day 13 - glad it's cooler!
B - 2 x Weetabix (heb)
L - apple, nectarine, strawberries, raspberries pineapple with some sweetened quark.
T - dodgy freezer defrosting so a yellow stickered Waitrose pork loin, cauliflower and cheese thing I picked up ages ago (10 syns)! Boiled potatoes, broccoli, sugar snap, asparagus and baby corn.
Hoping new freezer is delivered early tomorrow so I don't need to use up any more non-SW food.0 -

On Minimins it reckons it's 12 syns - I think that's not bad reallyShala can you add me onto the challenge? I'm back and want to be back on the bandwagon. Hoping to lose 10lb by the end of August.
Added you on.. good luck..
Happy Anniversary MrsP, hope you had a lovely time!greentiger wrote: »“cankles”, shala – not heard that before. Is it swollen ankles?
Yes, it's when you ankles are the same size as your calves.
Fozzie, I always read your 'Day 13' bits like the man who used to narrate Big Brother - he was from the North East... :rotfl:
Hey Frogga  well done on reaching target. Very good advice from Meg, if you pick up a doughnut then try to remember how unhappy you were being bigger before making the decision whether to eat it or not.
So i've struggled to get back on track since Thursday..Friday started well but ended as a write off too, but I tried really hard yesterday and only had 3 syns over the normal daily allowance, today's looking better so far! *phew*
We tried the frozen butternut squash last night _pale_ it was vile, so I didn't eat half my dinner. We'll definitely stick to fresh even if it means a bit of chopping to prepare!
Going for red days for a few days to try and limit damage this week (can't do SP as I like yogurt too much)
B - strawberries and yogurt (0.5)
L - corn thins (heb) cheesespread(hea) beetroot, pickled onions
T - not sure - but I have a heb/hea left
S - crisps (4) animal biscuits (5)Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Thanks frogga I aimed for size 12 too when I was getting to target. Now I don't weigh at home any more I just use my jeans to tell me how I'm doing.
wiz I think your best bet is to do the Green plan as often as possible. It'll mean limiting your meat portions to HEB size but at least you don't have to be too fussy about the one third Speed. Then carry on eating as much Speed as you can. You do eat some Speed veg and pickles. When it comes to fruit I'd suggest you take every opportunity to have Speed fruit rather than free fruit. It all helps.0 -
Whilst I appreciate the sentiment Tweets I must say I am totally shocked that you saw fit to publish a picture of me online for all the world to see!! I have tried to remain anonymous on here as I am a bit of a celebrity you know and I do like my private life to remain as such, and yet there you go, posting a photo without my permission, and now I have 'pap's' outside the pond trying to get a comment and a picture for the Sunday papers. It's thoughtless, naïve and I'm actually a little cross that you chose that particular picture as it really doesn't show my good side at all! I expect to be inundated with 'selfie' requests as well now. Oh the troubles of being so famous...
 So sorry frogga
You shouldn't be so famous then the paps wouldn't be after you you need a pair of these so you can hide  or you could ask the paps for a large amount of money for your pic0 -
Reporting in with 1.5 gain
I will admit I not stuck to SW 100% I couldn't weather was  and I missed some meals and others not very SW . Must try harder next week and not gain anymore0 -
Hello Humans :j
Just hopping on to let you know the latest...
I did itI got to target, and I am actually quite pleased
So going 'sugar free' did work, and I think I'll have to stick with it as I know that one nibble would soon get me nobbled and it would be game over.
Yesterday was last day of term and lots of children very kindly bought me choc and biscs and various goodies and I gave them all away to Mr Frog and the Tadpoles. I didn't even lick the spoon when I made Tadpole 2's bday cake today. I think I'm cured :T
I'm really hoping all my lovely old friends on here are well. I shall have a look back and see how you all are. Just wanted to 'show off' that I have FINALLY done it, and whilst I'm hoping those that remember me will give me some 'well done' s and 'I'm proud of you' s I would also like some common sense talk about not putting it all back on again and defo NOT falling off the wagon. Being sugar free has meant that I'm not even craving it at the moment, but I know full well if I have any a little 'day off' I'll be right back up to 21st before you could say 'wow look at that really fat frog':o
Selfie please Frogga
I can not tell you how pleased I am Frogga, been with through the ups and downs with you so know your story. Confessing to a little tear of joy
Been saving your seat on the target sofa so come on over its really comfy and well away from the kitchen. So so pleased for you :T:T:T:T:T
Now me I'm afraid to say the real world has finally caught up with a 2.5lb gain . Fell out of target range for first time in nearly 10 yearsso all hands to the pumps to get back in again. Hoping it's the weather too
I am a bit confused though as like Maman I do the clean jeans test and mine are still loose (insert shrug emoji). Jeans were even tumbled so should be tight but weren't! Still, don't like the numbers so time to be strict
Trying to up the liquid intake, bought vimto's berry mix. Bottle says raspberry, passion fruit & orange so happily drinking away. Tummy pains big time so checked the fine print ingredients and first fruit concentrate is apple . Really annoyed with a, vimto and the lack of mention on front of bottle and b, myself for not reading EVERYTHING
Back to water
Sorry for the essayIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
