He He, thanks for the common sense advice. You are right I need to just hang on to the feeling of achievement, and of feeling 'normal', because the other feeling was of total despair and self loathing.
Thanks for the tip about going naked, but that was a little poorly thought out as frogs don't wear clothes dopey!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi Frogga, and well done you.
Well, it's been a horrid day all round.
Weather grey & miserable.
Unexpected change in plans meant no lunch.
Team lost 3-0 (opposition awarded 3 - yes you read that right, 3- penalties in first half and scored 2. First game without a star player for us who joined Rotherham yesterday.
Had a pie at half time for comfort eating.
Maman, league cup has new format and this was the THIRD game! League starts on August 6.
So,
Breakfast: Hexb French toast, bananas, maple syrup (1)
Snack: Light & Free raspberry yogurt
Snack: steak pie at match
Dinner: half share of chicken Jaipuri and rice
Snack: hexa cheese & grapes
Roll on tomorrow, so I can try to put this mess right!Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Whilst I appreciate the sentiment Tweets I must say I am totally shocked that you saw fit to publish a picture of me online for all the world to see!! I have tried to remain anonymous on here as I am a bit of a celebrity you know and I do like my private life to remain as such, and yet there you go, posting a photo without my permission, and now I have 'pap's' outside the pond trying to get a comment and a picture for the Sunday papers. It's thoughtless, naïve and I'm actually a little cross that you chose that particular picture as it really doesn't show my good side at all! I expect to be inundated with 'selfie' requests as well now. Oh the troubles of being so famous...Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Many congratulations on getting to target frogga!!:D That's absolutely excellent!:T May I ask how you chose your target? BMI? Dress size? weight/height chart? Weight as a tadpole? Figure conjured from the air?;)
Amazing loss betty:T. Are you just one of these people who lose in fits and starts or do you know why you do really well some weeks and not others?
Hope you had a great anniversary meal mrsp and back on track today.:)
Commiserations greentiger.:( I know the feeling of starting a season without star players well. This season it's only two players and the *lying Dutchman so quite light by our standards. Hope you have a better day today.
I managed my meal plan and shop yesterday so should be quite organised for the week.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Puffed Wheat with HEA milk and strawberries
L: Probably soup and melonHairy Biker's Steaks:drool: with onions and mushrooms served with SW roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots and cabbage
Syns: maybe some chocolate
I'm ignoring the syns in the gravy as 1 level tsp of cornflour shared isn't worth worrying about.0 -

I took this seriously at first!!
Meal out last night was lovely. I had half a glass of prosecco and so far no negative side effects. I had a salmon and watercress mousse, a sweet potato (although I think it was actually butternut squash) and lentil bake - kind of like a tomato and onion ragu with butternut squash and some green veg. Pleased it had no butter on it! Then for dessert I had a trio of chocolate parfait with chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce! It was worth it! Weigh in tomorrow so will see what happens. Hoping a -1lb.
Hubby's germs have migrated to me and now I have a sore throat. Ba****d. :rotfl:0 -
Well lost the grand sum of 1/2 lb this week bit disappointed but a loss is a loss, well done on reaching target frogga must be a lovely feeling. A bit off plan today as have a charity event but will try not to be too bad, I'm driving so no alcohol syns for me!0
