Hi Juliejimjam - love your user name
We're at the same stage - I've also lost 3 stone and want to lose 3 more, but I've taken longer than you, having started (again) in November 2014.
Good luck with the challenge.

Double celebration! :j:j
My arms also do not lend themselves to sleeveless (or legs to dresses at all really) but I thought i'd go for it anyway.. it's quite low cut so i'm hoping the distraction will be enough for people not to look at my arms!:rotfl:
lol, that's a clever trick, I also read if you hold a big handbag it distracts & makes you look smaller
I'm the same & never wear dresses because of my arms and my fat calves, but yesterday I did as It was so hot, I purchased a dress in our local charity shop, it looked new and was from monsoon, I paid £7 for it. The top half is very flattering, it's like a t shirt material covering my upper arms, but the bottom hem ends below the knee showing off the calves
I managed to find a tape measure yesterday and measure my waist and hips, I'm a lot bigger than I thought, I compared my measurements to a dress size chart and it said I'm a size 18 (I'm only 5ft 1"). But if I loose 1" then I will be a 16.
I know it sounds mad but I can't face weighing myself, last time I weighed myself was a month ago & I was 12 st 7lb.
I usually find I get obsessed with the scales & when it doesn't move in the direction I want I get upset, then I get stressed & then I eat rubbishKindness costs nothing0 -
Morning,
Feeling lighter but my scales were up this morning! Anyway tomorrow is weigh in for me, so trying to eat light today and have lots of fluids. Will be pretty disappointed if I get a gain tomorrow night.0 -
Morning..
I'm not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow either Lantanna, I think the heat is making us retain waterpah! I sneaky weighed yesterday and I was 3lb up, there's no way I've done that!!
Measuring sounds better for you mirry if you get obsessed with the scales. Congratulations on wearing the dress, it's a big step.. and good luck with losing that inch.. I'm off to find the biggest bag I can
The heat seems to have died down here a little today but no thunderstorms yet. We're off to the diy shop later to get some paint, although I'm not actually painting in this weather! It would be madness
No plan for food yet, probably start off with fruit and yogurt
