Hi everyone sorry I haven't been on but I have had a few days away trying to get some sea air to get rid of my nasty cold and cough. Cough almost gone but, SHALA I have put 2 lb on it must have been the cough medicine and sugar free cough sweets I have been having.
Hope to get back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.
Well done to all the losers xx0 -
