Mirry you sound in so much pain, I hope you feel better soon.
Shala you will look beautiful I'm sure, LOL at your cleavage being used as a distraction
I am firmly back on track after a bad couple of weeks. My food today:
Breakfast: 2 x toast with jam (HEB) and 2 syns for the jam
Lunch: Baked potato, cheese (HEA), ham and salad
Dinner: Chicken kebabs with Reggae Reggae sauce (1 syn for a tbsp) and roasted peppers, onion and courgette.
Snacks: Plums and carrots
Drinks: Water and diet coke0 -
Hope littlie is ok Lush xxSorry to hear the BBQ was stressful lush. Such a shame as you had such good intentions. I'm sure regular small meals is a good solution when it's hot.
It went much better than it could of done. MIL did some grilled chicken and also chicken and veg kebabs. she did a tray of just peppers for fil and me, I had one burger bun (7) and a burger (5.5) and also two sausages and a hot dog bun (7.5) then some salad and just kept nibbling on the leftover plain chicken. oh and a piece of steak. I did have some birthday cake and also some pudding (meringue nest, sugar free jelly, 3 syns of cream and frozen fruit) so still a flexi day but lower than I had anticipated. I had cake sunday and yesterday too but limited other syns sunday and yesterday was another flex day for breakfast but will be 15 or less for the rest of the week.
Saturday we are off to the theatre for my birthday (just me and OH) so potentially a meal out there. will go for something like steak with a jacket and veg I think as that's the kind of warm weather food I love; then I may drag him out for another meal on the Monday for more of the same...alternatively if I get fix our BBQ regulator I may do us a BBQ for an early tea************************************

My arms also do not lend themselves to sleeveless (or legs to dresses at all really) but I thought i'd go for it anyway.. it's quite low cut so i'm hoping the distraction will be enough for people not to look at my arms!:rotfl:
If you've got it flaunt it! lol
Welcome back Lantanna - I was thinking of you yesterday - I was buying pants.. :rotfl: You and the Bucket knickers!!
xx Oh my I'll never escape those bucket knickers lol! Hope you didn't buy any buckets!
Is anyone watching Biggest Loser this year(season 15)? it's amazing how much they lose in a few months but we watched the finale last night. The winner had a 62% loss:eek:.. very dangerous, way under their healthy BMI. Shocking that people push themselves to that level to win the competition..
Yes! She was a little too dedicated wasn't she! Apparently that's when Gillian decided she was leaving! She does go on to regain some after the programme due to medical advice etc.
I totally get though for people who have always been on the big side the excitement of getting slim can take over and it can become a personal challenge to see just how skinny you can get. I may have been on that path myself for a while...........
Maman - Reasonably well behaved I would say, just reasonably! Far too many gin syns but foodwise ok, just hoping for something off this week - even a half will do!0 -

Hope you haven't melted Beanie, :rotfl: it's too hot to sit out here.. (without a pool in reach anyhow)

I tried not to judge as she walked out, but she was skeletal, it genuinely scared me that she'd gone on to get an eating disorder! I googled it as soon as it was finished and it said she'd put on 20lbs, she looked much better for it. I think she was just very competitive and was going to win at all costs..
I guess the food addiction turns to controlling lack of food/exercise a little too much..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Usually weigh in on a Monday but we were at my friend's funeral and wake so I'm going tomorrow. Not sure what's been up with me but my head just hasn't been in the game the last week. Not a lot of speed and for about 3 days I didn't write anything down - not like me at all.
So, I'm hoping for maybe a 1lb loss tomorrow. I suppose we all have weeks like this where you're just not quite 100% so I need to get back on it this week!0 -
Thank you shala_moo!!
Can you put me down to aim for 14lbs this challenge please?
It was my 1st weigh in today and down 5 1/2 lbs
Today was planned to be a big shopping day (replacing various appliances) and my very kind DH is pushing me around John Lewis in a wheelchair, bless him
I need both knees replaced, hence trying to reduce my BMI.
Had a long standing plan to take youngest DD to new carvery that just opened. Her only day off work while DGS is at school.
I didn't have a meal, but ate some of other peoples chips and one piece of garlic bread (4 slices in a portion) and brought home the hugest piece of chocolate cake ever seen in the Universe!! I ate some and plan to freeze the rest.
I am saying 50 syns and hoping I have over estimated :rotfl:
Just Weetabix heb and fruit for the rest of the day.
No breakfast so it could have been MUCH worse
Hea is skimmed milk in tea.
It was a planned splurge and as the SW website says, I am NOT planning to worry or be guilty over it.
And tomorrow IS another day! Thank you Scarlett O'Hara

Hi all,
You are all doing so well - big poundage drops :j
And then there's me, +1lb please Shala. Ooops
Bit disappointed as had a sneaky weigh in on Saturday morning and was on target for a STS AND had 2 SP days over the weekend but TOTM is due so could be that...along with a craving for sweet things.
Anyway, onwards and upwards I knew that the last stone was going to be harder than the first 5 but still...:)0 -
Please may someone check whether I need to syn something or what it classes as? I had some fat free natural Greek yoghurt from tesco earlier 80g if that makes any difference but can't find that in my book, thanks
