    Well done Mrs H!!

I remember the 1st time I went out with no sleeves (1st time in 20 odd years).

I was convinced the size of my arms would stop traffic!!

I was going to the GP and it was a long hot walk.....

I confessed me fear to the GP when I got there and he asked if anyone had looked at MY arms????

Nope. I just thought they would.

Such a sense of freedom from then on! :D

Btw my arms are still terrible but since only an operation can sort them out, I don't worry about them now.

So big CONGRATULATIONS to you for getting your arms out!!

Does anyone here go to group and get the "find my sunshine" booklet?

Tried the Banana & Chocolate Tiramisu today. It was really nice - the only thing I would change about it, would be the coffee sponges, I would dip them in drinking chocolate instead. I didn't mind the coffee flavour myself, but not everyone likes it.

Hope everyone has a good week x

Since I moved house I have been off the sw wagon, but my weight has been creeping up again due to too many take aways, with having such a long commute. Anyway, I start a new job tomorrow so no excuses any more, so I'm going to sign up again and start afresh. I realised I need to lose 100lbs or so and trying to do it before I hit 40 is very doable, so I'm going to use that to help with motivation.

I've done a little chart to put on the fridge with 1 to 100 in boxes on I can colour in for each lb lost, along with postit notes I can change once in a while with motivational phrases on.

    Welcome to our lovely thread.

Some great losses since yesterday. Well done all!:T
I'd agree that part of 'tweaks' is not eating more than you would otherwise but there's also the fibre argument. I think it runs along the lines of if you've broken something down by mashing then body doesn't have to use energy to do it. I'm sure it would only be a problem if done regularly so enjoy the pancakes!

Struggled to make the roast yesterday so have had an easy day today. I do hope I get my energy back soon.
    Today's EE menu :
B:NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
    L: fried egg, bubble &squeak
D: cold pork, SW chips, beetroot
    Syns: crackling and chocolate
