Well done on your loss alisont.:T Good to find a restaurant that does low fat options too.

:T on your NSV tie. You know they say the camera doesn't lie!;)

We're having a roast today as I've missed out since coming back from holidays and we're supposed to be at a party (nibbles:eek:) tomorrow. Last Sunday we had sausage casserole as that was the limit of DH's culinary skills.:rotfl:

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO Austrian hash with extra Speed (mushrooms?)
D: JO roast pork (on carrots, celery and onions) with roast potatoes, cauli, broccoli, broad beans
    Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy

I've still not had any wine syns but chocolate marzipan is almost finished:o.

Hi  big catch up to do!

I lost 0.5lb on Thursday so total lost now is 1 stone 1.5lb..

Some brilliant losses coming in :T:T we've lost a total of 3 stone 10 in 3 weeks so far!

Hugs to everyone struggling and hope that all you poorly people are feeling better.. although I may adopt a cough as it seems to be working for your weight losses :rotfl:

Hugs Topgirl, it is hard some days but you're doing something about it, and every day you'll be getting closer to being the weight you want to be.. imagine the day you look in the mirror and love what you see :D

Those jellies/mousse sound lovely Lois.. definitely going to try the mousse thing. I watched EW4L, can't believe they spent that much on food, let us know how the lentil spag bol goes..

Well we had a busy week, went to class, out to see Jason Manford, ate sandwiches on crusty white bread with full fat crisps:drool: then last night we had fish and chips and chocolate so plan went out the window somewhat. OH is also out tonight so i'm in... alone... with cupboards full of food :rotfl:

Need to sit down and get a plan in place this week. We're off work so completely out of routine which scares me a lot! Decided to go to Cheshire Oaks after morning weigh in this week so we've allocated that as our "treat" day, hopefully the rest of the time we can stick to plan!

    Today looks like this
    B - waffle ( Heb), pineapple (1) yogurt
    L - fruit and yogurt
T - chicken nachos - sw style - peppers, onions, chicken, potato cut into crisp type things with cheese (hea) over the top..
    S - crisps (5) milk (1)

No idea if tea will work or not but may as well experiment a bit whilst OH isn't here.

    have a good weekend xx

It was hard when he wanted to share with Nanny

I absolutely love watching EW4Less. I'm always amazed at how these people make decisions in a supermarket and how uninformed they are about some basic things. I think an expensive shop is if I can't use my contactless debit card in @ldi :rotfl:
  • Hello al - hope y'all are having a great weekend...just a flyby after WI and happy with 2 lb off this week - happy to have lost more than my (what seems usual) 1/2lb or 1lb off. Gotta keep up the hard work...holidays in two weeks time tomorrow (and hanging on by my fingernails!!) I really want to lose 4 lbs over the next two weeks (well 5) and that would take me to 13.13 and if I do I'll be so freaking excited...if I don't I'll not fuss but just go and enjoy my all inclusive week away

    Have a lovely weekend peeps

I just make it with the magic pancake recipe and shove in the waffle maker..

    •35g porridge oats
•half muller light yoghurt (I use natural yogurt or whatever I have in the fridge)
    •splash of vanilla essence
    •1/2 eggs depending on size
    •sweetner to taste

I actually whizz the oats up so it's a bit smoother, however, there's obviously the argument whether this is a tweak or not and whether it's allowed or not.. it's up to you to decide :D

I go by the consultant I follow on Instagram, she says because its a measured healthy extra b for your oats then you can't overeat it so it's not a tweak..

I know! The woman this week even wrote a list, but then didn't stick to it and she was just piling things into the trolley without any plan whatsoever. When I go shopping, or shop online, I'll have planned the main meals for the week and written a list that I stick to.

    Hi all

Lovely day here, summer has finally arrived, lets hope it doesn't go away again when the school's break up.

The G&T jellies are lovely, DH and I had one after lunch today and may have another later. I used 1 can of gin and slimline tonic which is 4 syns, and the jelly is 1.5 for the sachet, so they work out at about 1.5 syns each, which isn't bad at all.

I made a lovely pudding the other day with a caramel snackajack (2.5 syns), a banana, and a WW banoffee fromage frais (0.5 syns). It tasted much naughtier than 3 syns worth.

Tie - great news re the NSV and good luck with getting into the next stone bracket before you go on holiday.

Shala - those waffles sound/look lovely, but I definitely haven't got room for a waffle maker! :rotfl: I've virtually stopped eating cereals for breakfast now, only occasionally having overnight oats. Most days I have fruit and yogurt and find it's enough, in the past I would have had a grumbling stomach by 9.30!

Well done GFB and everyone who's lost weight this week. :T

Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
