Day 2 for me! Cant believe I have stuck to it for so long!!

    :-)

My problems on Sw in the past were not having Syns and therefore no where to really cut back when the going got tough and milk......I am a self confessed tea-aholic.

I am trying to improve in those areas!

B - 2 x Weetabix (heb) and milk for cereal and tea (hea)

L - was out so in local caf! had chicken breast and bacon sarnie, lots of rocket, tiny bit of light mayo and chilli sauce, no butter or marg. The ladies there are lovely and familiar with SW and happy to swap fillings around. I actually just ate 1/2 the sarnie so bread 5 chilli 1 mayo 2. Then nectarine and strawberries.

T - will be spag bol. 5% mince. Carrot. Onion. Mushroom. Red Pepper. Courgette. Tomatoes. Oxo. Herbs. Wholewheat pasta.

Trying to boost my veggie intake in ways I don't notice as much!

Syns - 8 at lunch and 4 for a Fibre One brownie bar. Hopefully can get away with a glug of red wine in bolognaise!

Fingers crossed this seems ok, but please feel free to point out where I go wrong. Thanks!

Fat 5.2. I hope my book turns up soon, as I'm finding it difficult.
Im thinking of making chilli con carne, as I have everything in stock, yum!

    Good morning everyone,

Returned from holiday yesterday, damage done 2.5lbs in a week! My mum who was with me has lost a pound, and we ate and drank similar amounts....go figure. Anyway back on it again today, just have to get prepped and organised. Away again in approx. 3 weeks, for a family holiday, so determined to be lower end of target by then.

Haven't read, so hope things are well.

2lb loss for me this week please shala. I'm dedicating this loss to the pack of stir fry veg I had on Tuesday evening which was 2 days past it's best before date which I thought looked and smelled fine :o until I spent the best part of half an hour on the loo afterwards :rotfl:

Yesterday we had a fab day out and went majorly off plan - which included chippy chips with curry sauce (I only ate half as I felt all bloaty and horrible - NSV there I reckon as I can't remember that happening before :D) followed by an aquarium visit and a walk on sea front to burn it all off.

I'm starting 2 weeks of detox teas today to see if it helps with my bloating. They've had good reviews on instagram and I had my first tea this morning, not too bad and I didn't struggle to finish the full thing so I'm happy enough.

Nice sunny day today so I'm fancying some body magic in the sunshine followed by meal planning for next week

    Have a fab one everyone
    xx
