    Ninth Anniversary
Hi everyone, hope you're all well

mirry the food directory is £7.50 - online membership can turn out a bit expensive for what you actually get - there's a much better support network on here I find. I've joined online again after taking a little SW break and found that I really missed having access to syns. Whether I'll continue after the 3 months are up I haven't decided yet

Weigh day tomorrow and dreading it as I've been slipping up in the evenings. I can be good all day and 'in the zone' and then as soon as it's about 7pm the munchies hit me its so annoying. So I've saved my syns up today for that evening slump after I've eaten. Green day for me today, it's been a while since I've done one of those

B - crunchy bran HEB with strawbs and nectarine plus milk HEA1 and a drizzle of choc shot (0.5)
L - cheese HEA2 omelette with carrot sticks (bizarre food combo I know, my salad rack is empty!)
T - veg stir fry with noodles

Still got a 2nd HEB, not quite sure what I'll do with that yet - am I imagining this or can you use meat as a HEB on a green day? If so, I might add a bit of meat to that stir fry as it sounds a bit bland :D

Well done rebster on being SOTW :T congrats all the losers this week

    Have a good evening everyone
    xx

could have it with a kingsmill wholemeal thin (heb or 5 syn) plus a slice of cheese (hea) and a heap of salad then :)

Yes, you could add some lean meat to your stir fry as a HEB.but I can't remember how much. I think it varied depending which meat you had, so you could have a larger portion of turkey than beef, but can't remember beyond that, maybe someone still has an old book?
