I can suggest a really simple day but I'm sure others will be more inventive. What about start the day with fruit and some HEX cereal and milk. Lunch I'd have either a veggie omelette or vegetable and lentil soup or both if you're hungry. For dinner you can have traditional meat and veg but have swede or carrot instead of potatoes. That would be 100%SP but even if you had a few potatoes it would still be good.

Thanks for your good wishes Still not feeling great. I think it's blocked sinuses draining onto my chest.

I've stayed on plan again and as I've had so few syns this week I had a cup of tea and a Welshcake! :D

STS for me this week please shala

I'm ridiculously upset about this, I know it's just a number on the scales but I hate how much a silly number can dictate my moods. I feel like I've behaved food-wise although I did go over my syns last night because a wispa bar was calling my name :p

So today I've basically stuffed my face - I've been craving bad stuff all week and I just gave in today. I feel vile and bloated now and a bit grumpy but will be straight back on the wagon tomorrow. I'm loaded with cold too because I've been a forgetful freda and not took my hayfever tablets for 2 days. So I'll be craving fruit & veg big time tomorrow with any luck. Well done all you losers this week :T and boo to any fellow STSers / gainers lets smash it next week

candy~#i can be like that too.
So flipping depressing & illogical when there are so many other way more important things to worry about
On that note I am hoping for a loss of 1 lb tomorrow to regain(yet again) my stone award.
So if I dont I will be in a funk.

Evening all :) Pleased to report a 3lb loss this week :) I'll be on holiday for the next weigh in so can you please put me down as sts next week Shala?

After a few weeks with little to no loss I decided at the weekend to try using Paul McKenna's weight loss plan. Not sure if any of you have heard of/tried this before but I tried it about 10 years ago with some success. SW's been great for me and has helped me lose 2 stone, but I do still feel like I'm eating in an unhealthy way, or at least for unhealthy reasons (i.e. stress), so I'm trying to tackle that. For the time being I'm doing this in conjunction with SW (even though this is strictly against PM's rules :rotfl:) but I'm hoping it will help me avoid big gains while I'm on holiday in Italy, where I will not be following SW!!!

A typical menu for me would be something like:
    Breakfast: hxb cereal
Lunch: salad with some kind of meat or fish
Dinner: Pork + veg stir fry (or any other meat), using a synned stir fry sauce
    Snacks: fruit, hxb alpen light

Another dinner I like on SP days is meat + veg casserole. Hope this helps :)
