Thanks for mac ‘n’ cheese recipe, lantanna.

Well done re losses, peeps - and to b_e_g for gain ( it’s not often we can say that!).

I started out well enough today …. ….. ….. and then it all went to pigs and whistles. I won’t even post what I’ve had.

Good luck for tomorrow everyone. I’m out for lunch again.

Quiet on here today! Off home to make my Chilli in lettuce cups for tea!

Maman where are you hiding?? I'm certain its you makes all the noise around here lol ;)

Sorry to go quiet on you. I seem to have brought a chest infection home from my holiday. Feeling rough this last couple of days but started an antibiotic so hoping for the best. I've done my best to stay on plan but not felt very hungry so really hope I don't hang on to the gain.
Back soon. Hope I feel better for tomorrow's game. :D

Just back from visiting DS and the new family. DIL is recovering really well and DGS2 is tiny but gorgeous. We only heard him cry once, when his nappy was being changed. DGS1 was really amusing, telling us all about being a big brother and that the baby 'popped' out of Mummy's tummy.:D. We're called Grandma and Grandpa Arkers.

Maman - hope you feel better soon.

Time for bed, I'm exhausted, see you tomorrow.

At least you've been honest with yourself and know how many syns. I think that's better than just saying, "Oh I'm going to take the day off" and then not actually pay any attention to the value of anything.

Yes, it seems to work for me this way. The biggest loss I've ever had in a week was one where we had a pizza hut take out and doughnuts on the Saturday but I literally counted every syn. Not expecting quite so much this week but would quite like 1.5lb to get my stone award

I'm finding the journal really helps. It's a nice size, and I can fit a reasonable amount in each section (rather than the paper diaries where you need to write in such small sections if you have lots of speed/free foods). I also like the bits at the end of each week (and my balloons are slowly but surely being coloured in!)

I love the journal but I have to admit I've struggled with the reflective bits/exercises. I haven't filled in the page with the hearts where you're supposed to write what you love about yourself. or coloured any balloons or done the inspiration/lightbulb page. I'm not sure why but it's almost like I don't feel I have anything to say on those pages which is just daft :/

Hope you are feeling better maman

    today:
breakfast; baked omelette bites (egg, mushrooms, red pepper, tomato) with a little spinach and roast peppers (didn't finish the spinach or pepper though)
2 cups of tea (milk from hea)
snack: heb 35g (meant to be 40g but the packs I got at 35g) urban fruit dried mango (only found out from the app on Monday these can be a HE!)
lunch: going to 'treat' myself to a jacket potato and beans plus a side salad from a local sandwich shop
snack: grapes and an activia yogurt (3.5syn)
we have training tonight but I'm in a skirt at work and forgot my track pants so probs no reffing from me! body magic walk at lunch instead
tea: it will be a late one due to training but its cottage pie with 1 syn of gravy granules in it.

Keeping hydrated today to try and make sure I see that 1.5lb tomorrow on the scales. want 1lb minimum but then I wouldn't get my sticker....

    -1/2LB for me this morning.
Why, oh why doesn't it come off as fast as it goes on!!?
I'm off to Spain on Saturday so no class next week. Can't begin to imagine how much I'll put on whilst I'm there :rotfl:
I shall be good till I go and good when I get back and we will see. Maybe all the walking, swimming and salads will do the trick even if the bread and vino tinto does not:D

Dinner: Chicken & veg stir fry with rice
Snacks: Orange, McCoys crisps (8 syns)
Drinks: Diet coke, water, 2 x tea with milk (HEA) and one sugar (2 syns)
