    Thanks Lantanna

I get so very tired when I'm dieting. The lingering cough isn't aiding sleep either. Sat at my desk yawning away.

    B) Mushroom omelette

    D) Ham, egg and new potato salad, mug shot, apple, Alpen light. Maybe another mug shot if needs be.

    T) Andi (from FB SW pages) sent me her pasta bake recipe so going to make that :)

    Another Alpen light later

    Syns - Dominion sweets (2 for 4 sweets) and milk (150ml = 3)

HEXA - cheese on pasta bake
    HEXB - Alpen lights

BM - General school and work run

    Hopefully a good sleep tonight.

    Well done losers!

Well done to SOTW, all you losers and *hang in theres* to the rest of us :)
Thanks again t Shala for the chart...although my measly .5 looks sad up there...I'm trying lol!

    Food today:

B: porridge in almond milk (HE a&b) with blueberries and half a galia melon
L: quiche and salad with a big juicy orange
D: cottage pie...trying to think of an alternative topping to potatoes...I don't like swede or turnip - and veggies
(Edited to add...I'm going to use cauliflower mash)

I'm going to try for a little jog/walk later  I used to run a lot (slowwwlllllyyyyy) - I have finished 6 marathons and about 10 half marathons but I've not run in years....I know I need to up the ante training wise...I don't want to join a gym - and running is the only thing I know how to do...I might just start with the C25K and go with that.

    C25K day one done...and I didn't die lol

Well done :D I'd love to be able to run properly. We have a running club nearby and I always see them pounding the streets, it looks like fun. Unfortunately I can barely run for a bus before I'm out of breath and face like a beetroot :rotfl:

I intended to do SP today then without thinking had a banana & yoghurt in my breakfasts (had 2 this morning) so that's not happened. Lunch was very SP though which is better than nothing. Trying to cram the speed in today with it being WI tomorrow

B - satsuma peach & strawbs with a fruity tea .. followed by all bran & banana after dog walk
L - salad with mattessons chicken bites (1.5) egg mayo (1.5) ham lettuce pickled onion & beetroot
T - SW homemade burger, mash and veg

I've not needed many syns today but I have crisps on hand should I need them for a snack later

Body magic to be done later - probably a DVD of some sort or youtube workout

B-e-g, that must have been a tough week for you having to put on weight!:rotfl:How are you finding being at target?

Never thought I would be told to go away and put weight on Arkers that's for sure ... life can be so hard at times lol. Well basically I had a day out with DH and had more or less what I wanted to eat - started the morning off with a warm date and walnut scone nuff said eh ;). Other than that I have been on plan for the rest of the week but I did add a little cardi to my weighing-in attire (just in case) and I managed to gain 1.5lbs :). Since getting to target I have more or less just been sticking to plan with a few days where I might go over slightly on syns and just taking it week by week. Going to weigh in every week just to keep things in check and to be fair the class is virtually on my doorstep and I'm on the social team so no excuses :rotfl:.

Well done to all of today's losers :T.

Seem to be struggling to keep up with everyone these days as things are moving so quickly.

Oh nearly forgot ... welcome back maman.
