At weigh in as we speak and it's a bit busy - lots of people today. Reporting in with 1.5lb loss which is great but it means I'm only 0.5lb away from my stone award and I think Club 10!!!

Lantanna can you post the macaroni chilli recipe please? We are fans of macaroni cheese and chilli so it sounds right up our street0

I did SW quiche last week and found it a bit bland. I decided to leave out the ham as we were having it with a ham salad so maybe that made a difference. I wasn't keen on the cottage cheese either, there were lumps in it and it tasted of it. Good idea re using Quark Candyapple, that's worth trying too.
LL
I always use either leek or red onion and often both to avoid blandness, and blend 5 eggs and a tub of c/cheese, to avoid lumps0 -
Well my quiche was lovely. I used 4 eggs and most of a tub of quark with ham and tomato. There wasn't as much quiche as I'd have liked though so I'll use more eggs next time. The only veg I have in at the mo is carrots and not sure I can really put that in a quiche
but red onion and peppers sounds lovely. Never thought of popping a veg oxo in gfb, maybe I'll try that next time too!
Well done Mary on SOTW :T
It's chucking it down with rain now so I'm going to curl up on the sofa with my kindle. Definitely not feeling like July weather is it?0 -
It was really hot and sunny for most of today so I wore a summer dress. Monday has recently become "wear the lightest thing you own" day. You watch I'll turn up in my pyjamas next Monday!0
