When you're doing SP and you're allowed 2 HEXB, can I have say 2 weetabix and then 3 x no crusts wholemeal bread later on, as that is a healthy B. I was under the impression you shouldn't have bread when you're doing SP?
Help please - thanks in advance.
Healthy extras are the same for SP as for EE so there's no reason you can't have bread. I do think it's funny tho, to have low carb meals and cereals and bread.
In some ways SP is like the old Red days, the exception being that you could have a portion of carbs such as new potatoes, brown rice or wholewheat pasta and count it as a Heb.

 maman welcome back..:j:j hope you had a wonderful time!
I've never heard the bread thing on SP abbafan, you can have anything as long as it's on the list. Do you think maybe people are saying to cut it out as it's the "evil" carbs?
Big hugs Beanie :grouphug:Honeydew melons in the super 6 Maman
ohhh I love a good honeydew.. might have to put my big girl pants on and venture into ourstoo much car park rage for my liking on a regular basis!
After my disastrous breakfast yesterday, today's went well...
B - homegrown strawbs, waffle (made with heb oats), mullerlight, choc shot (0.5)
L - apple, cheese (3) crisps(4)
T - pasta bake - BNS, onions, peppers, passata, chicken, cheese (hea) cajun spice
Tea's cooking, smells nice but it's a bit of an experiment as I don't usually add veg into a pasta bake but we'll see how it goes..

Sadly all sold out at my Aldi but I did manage to fill a trolley with fruit and veg and other SW friendly things. I know you're right lois that the gain will go if I get back on track.
When I got back from shopping I had JP with spring onions and beetroot and a chicken is roasting right now. Only syns will be in gravy unless I feel like wine syns.0
