If things other than fruit and veg can go in there I would only take something that was free or extremely low syn. Even then I would probably stick to free stuff. I have see a tin of tomatoes in there in the past.

    Finally feeling myself :)

Recipe for the soup for those who fancy it, I round up to 4 syns per portion for three large bowls:

    25g butter (Lurpak lighter, 54 calories per 10g, 135 calories = 7 syns)
    250g potatoes, thinly sliced
    900g leeks, thinly sliced
    15g flour (340 calories per 100g, 51 calories = 2.5 syns)
    600ml chicken stock (1 pint)
Salt and pepper to taste (I don't bother until serving)
150ml milk, room temperature (half HEXA as I use orange top, 3 syns otherwise)

    1) Fry vegetables in butter (I have to do this in three batches as my frying pan isn't huge)

    2) Stir in flour and stock, season and bring to boil, stirring all the time

    3) Pour into slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or auto for 8-9 hours

    4) Add milk and cook for further 30 minutes

Low syn comfort food. I really miss tinned Heinz soup on SW, but I'm not paying 10-12 syns for vegetable/oxtail soup!

    B/D = Leek and potato soup (4)

T = Either chilli or spaghetti Bolognese

    HEXA - Cheese on tea
HEXB - Wholemeal roll with soup

BM - Already walked Top Dog for half an hour, he can have another half hour later, plus a big shop at Asda soon

Does anyone know how much 50% less fat cheese is HEXA please? I know 30% is 40g but I'm sure I should be able to have a few grams more for less fat?

I've just looked for it on Syns Online and nothing comes up specifically for 50% less fat cheese. Can you post more details and I'll give it another try.

Am having an SP day today -

Got our Sunday roast on the go. Having chicken, kids are having mashed potato with their dinner, but as much as I love my roasties I am sacrificing them today, hubby is having the same as me too.

When you're doing SP and you're allowed 2 HEXB, can I have say 2 weetabix and then 3 x no crusts wholemeal bread later on, as that is a healthy B. I was under the impression you shouldn't have bread when you're doing SP?

Help please - thanks in advance. :)

    Hello All!

Back from my holiday. It was lovely but I have the usual mandatory gain to report. Bread and booze were the main culprits. Although I haven't weighed, I could tell when I put my jeans on for the return flight that damage has been done! Today I'm wearing leggings as I can't face a clean jeans test.

100% on plan yesterday (got home in early hours) and I will be today when I've done my meal plan and shop. So far I've had HEB toast and a banana.

Hope everyone is OK as I haven't read back over three weeks.

P.S. Had you heard Wales are in the semi-finals of Euro16?:D

    Back soon.:A
