Good morning everyone,
STS please Shala. I am having those weeks where you just feel bloated all the time despite diet. I felt I had put on so the fact that I haven't was a surprise.
Well done Mary H on SOTW, and cheers for the chart Shala:beer:.

Sorry for your news Mrsp1987 : (
Jamie wasn't my Christian Grey either Shala and loved him in the Fall too. Like yourself of course I've not read the books or watched the film lol.
I might see if I can pick up Me after you at some stage today. In the mood to read it now.
I'm out for dinner on Thursday night so trying to be relatively good until then.
If I could wing a sts this week at weigh in I'd be relieved but very doubtful.
Have had Heb toast, laughing cow, tomato & ham for breakfast, chicken salad with me for lunch and I'll sort dinner from something out of the fridge when I get home.
Havent been to the gym in ages so hoping to go tomorrow after work when I have got myself organised!0 -

Who wrote Me after you?
Jojo Moyes - although I think it's just called After You. I loved Me Before You the book (not seen film) but I'm struggling with the sequel it's not gripped me as much as the 1st book did, hate it when that happens
I couldn't get through the 50 Shades books and gave in halfway through 1st one. Not because of the naughty bits but the woman character annoyed me so much :mad:0 -
Flying visit - had one of those mornings that's flown by even though we're not busy. Had a new supplier in this morning and he didn't seem to want to go away, kept talking and talking... and not even about what he was selling!
Just to say thanks for the chart Shala, and well done Mary for SOTW. :T
MrsP - sorry to hear your news, but what a great weightloss when you'd just been on holiday! :j You were obviously getting plenty of body magic.
My DIL is having a planned C-section tomorrow, and my stomach is full of butterflies on her behalf!
Have a good day everyone, back later.
LL
p.s. just to add - I read all 3 shades of grey books in a week, I got so bored with it I skipped huge chunks (mainly the naughty bits - yawn...!). Didn't bother with the film.Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
I only read the first Fifty shades and it took me about a month as I kept abandoning it lol and reading others. I wasn't that keen on it to move on the others.
Feeling very bloated today, not sure why!0 -
I skipped loads of the 50 shades too.. it got a bit repetitive. Only read them as someone lent them to me..
Jojo Moyes has a few good ones - had some for my birthday - The Last Letter from your Lover and the Girl you Left Behind.
I find if I'm reading, I'm not eating :rotfl: must do more reading!
MrsP, how awful for your friend.. hope the kittens cheered you up! xx
Food today
B - fruit salad, yogurt, granola (0.5heb)
L - LO lasagne (forgot the salad)
T - teriyaki chicken, coconut rice, carrots, onion, peppers
S - crisps (5) hob nob (3.5) milk (hea) alpen bar (0.5heb)
have been struggling this week to keep syns down..must try and find other things to snack on that are synfree!

I've just noticed I pledged 8lb and managed to lose 9! pretty happy with that despite a few disastrous weeks! 8 weigh ins left in my countdown so this challenge ties in pretty well. I'm going to go for 10lb please Shala...although I'm expecting a gain or maintain this week following the food at the weekend (often a lack therefore and not the wisest choices when I did eat!)Lois~~GP helpful to a degree by offering more meds & muscle relaxants.
Everything is put down to the CP.
which muscle relaxants do you use Beanie? OH has tizandine and has used it for years but it's starting to be less effective and take longer to work. you know when it works though as it's basically a sedative too haha
food hasn't been cracking over the weekend and yesterday I hardly ate - breakfast and tea were all right but small and other than that I just grabbed a couple of biscuits. and I'm definitely not drinking enough :(need 1/2lb for my stone sticker and wanted to get it this week but it's not likely
can anyone run through SP days with me as I don't really think I get it 100%...but think it could be beneficial to have a few sp type days to hand.could this be an sp menu:
Breakfast: 35g bran flakes (heb1) with milk (from hea). melon chunks and easy peeler/s
snack: strawberries
lunch: salad (spinach, cucumber, tomato, pepper, pickled onion, beetroot, free cottage cheese) with smoked ham (free)
afternoon snack: hard boiled egg
tea: struggling here as most meals have a carb element (rice/pasta or potatoes) erm..omelette with peppers and mushrooms (no cheese) served with spinach, cucumber etc
??
I love soup particularly homemade leek and potato but I'm guessing that wouldn't be allowed?************************************

Lush no free foods allowed only speed and protein. Half a plate of each. So your leek and potato soup wouldn't be allowed sadly as its a free food.
2 Hebs, no yogurt and only speed fruits. If you want something free you have to syn it and its not what they recommend and not worth the syns they suggest.
That's my take on it, not that I've ever done it. :rotfl: Was literally just thinking there myself I could do with some SP days but just can't bring myself to do it at the minute - total carb monster!
Might make some soup up tonight, its feeling wintery today.0 -
