Snap Beanielou, that weekend is my birthday too.
I'm going to try for 5LBS for the challenge. We are away quite a bit and I may gain a few times but a target might just help me to focus.
As ever, thank you Shala xx

    Evening all

Shala - My target for the next challenge is 6 pounds. That's in line with my long term objective to lose 3 pounds a month, which will get me to my ultimate target weight by my next big birthday that ends with a zero and is September next year.

I don't think there's a home bargains or b&m round here Shala, but I've got a few days to find some martini glasses as the weekend is nearly over so no alcohol for 5 days. If I don't find any I'll use wine glasses. I've got 12 cans of gin and slimline on order from the cash and carry and I've already get the jelly so I'm nearly there... :D

Today's food intake hasn't been very SW but has been very nice - DH and I went out for lunch with friends and I had smoked mackerel and salad to start followed by turbot with Parma ham and pea and mint risotto, which was absolutely delicious but the only speed food was 3 spears of asparagus. Breakfast was kiwi, banana and tangerine with a caramel snackajack and ff yogurt.

Haven't had anything since lunch and still not hungry - I might have some toast later if I get peckish and some fruit to up the speed foods.

Mrsp - a gain of 0.75lbs is very good after a holiday, I've gained far more than that in a week in the past! It's a shame holidays don't last longer, but you can have fun planning and looking forward to the next one.

B17c- 2 stone might be a bit ambitious in 12 weeks but certainly not impossible. If you stick to plan, limit your syns and do some body magic you could do it.

    Have a good week everyone.

Lois~~GP helpful to a degree by offering more meds & muscle relaxants.
Everything is put down to the CP.

I have regular massages & find homeothapy helps as does the emmett treatment which relaxes muscles.
    All money though :(

    Have a good week all.

    England are tomorrow afternoon.

Top Bloke been offered a job where he's from. As things stand, he has to take it. So, back off 400 miles away he goes :(

Off plan until he's gone because I'm finding this time really really hard and I also have a stomach upset.

Happier news, at the eleventh hour Top Bloke was offered a job down here, and, he stays :)

A busy few days of celebrating and sorting out the practicalities ensued, but all's well that ends well (hopefully!)

Shala, can you put me down for 9 please? Top Boy leaves primary school and it's my birthday in the 8 weeks, but shouldn't have to stray too far from plan otherwise.

All back to normal now. Just had the chicken, chorizo and sweetcorn bake again for tea, but back on it tomorrow :)
