One good result of my high pain levels ATM is I dont really want to eat.
Today I have had a banana, melon, & a roast beef roll.
Not even chocolate even though someone bought emergency supplies of chocolate ~~smartie chocolate even!!

Sorry to hear you're pain levels are still high. Are there any alternatives to painkillers that might help, a TENS machine for example. Is your GP helpful?

You haven't eaten much at all, but on a positive note, that might result in a loss. Pain is a high price to pay for it though. (((hugs)))

Thank you Lois :) yes, in Rhodes. Have friends and family over there, I'm back in September/October so would like to shift the pita gyros and souvlaki weight I've just added plus more! Do you think 2 stone is realistic in 12 weeks??? :rotfl:

So I weighed myself last Saturday morning before I went on holiday and I've just weighed myself his morning (before eating in my PJs so same circumstances) and apparently I've gained 3/4 lb. I don't know what that means in relation to the official SW scales but it's not too bad. However, I feel really flabby so I feel like I weig more than what the scales are saying.
Yesterday driving back from Devon was tough. I was very tired and the weather was intermittently awful. We had a Carluccio's for lunch (lobster spaghetti) and then I bought a bag of big chocolate buttons for the 2nd ha,f of the journey and ate at least half of that. It helped me stay alert though.
Then we had a Roast beef dinner at the MIL but she does slimming world too so the dessert was somewhat healthy. I had a small Yorkshire pudding, three roast potatoes and some gravy but the rest was okay.
So, yes yesterday not amazing. Still feel very tired so today will be a lazy day but I really need to go to @ldi and stock up the fridge for the week ahead. And figure out what to do for dinner tonight and tomorrow. *sigh* back to earth with a bump lol

Oh & someone made me a SW knickerboker glory the other day~~it was well lush.
2 1/2 syns I think so well worth it.

With proper icecream? Or was it just a fruit/cream concoction.. Either way

:rotfl:at you with the glasses Lois, I completely agree though. Why do it unless it's gonna be pretty. Have you tried home bargains or B&M? They're usually pretty good for stuff like that. I got some of those mason jar glasses for 69p..

Welcome back B17c, I must get the details of the next challenge up and running actually, we finish this one on Monday:eek: not sure they'll be many people joining over holiday time...

Well done Mrsp, that's a brilliant result for being away for a week. Hope it reflects on SW scales too..

GFB, i'd delete her off your Instagram feed. It's not worth following her if she's going to wind you up.. Unfortunately the Internet is quite good for only showing "perfect" lives and not showing reality.. at your icing sugar!!

    Right menu for today..
    B - none
L - sandwich (heb) maybe egg mayo, crisps(5)
    T - hm lasagne (2) salad
    S - Apple, muller goodies (2.5) milk/cheese (hea)

Right I'll be back later with the new challenge details.. Can't believe it's gone so quick!! Another 7 weeks till the wedding I used as my target goal of 12.7.. No where near that though :( hopefully be in the 12's *fingers crossed*

I bought a dress off of E bay for it then realised it was a 14-16, it's a downtown abbey style 20's thing. Totally too small for me but I loved it so it'll be my goal dress for a while...

Have a good one xx and if you can't be good then enjoy it ;)

Ok so it's quiet in here at the moment and I know lots of people will be off on their annual breaks in July/Aug time but that's not a reason not to have a challenge is it now? :D

If you are just joining us you may not be aware of the bi-monthly challenge that we run to motivate ourselves which you are welcome to join. It isn't a competition, just a way of setting ourselves mini targets if your total loss seems a bit overwhelming.

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 27th June and finish on the 28th August - this gives us 9 weeks, plenty of time to gain that holiday weight and get it back off again!;)

If you wish to join in with us then please post your target loss for the 9 weeks in red* or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

I will post the results chart each week on a Monday evening showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them :T

Any questions please let me know - it doesn't matter which day you get weighed just let me know your loss on the day and i'll add it to the correct week.

    Thanking you... :D

I'll start the ball rolling.... My target is 9lbs...
