My daughter & I joined last Monday evening.
I'm keeping my food diary - I hope I loose weigh. I've eaten quite a lot....0 -
Oo I see you do food diarys.
B - 35g oats with water & milk from allowance.
L - turkey rashers chopped up, in pasta & chopped salad with low fat dressing. Yogurt
Snack - snack a jacks 5 & banana
D - slimming world ready meal & rice, yogurt0 -
And then I had a slice of chocolate cake this afternoon. However I've been feeling a little down and it was just going round and round my head so I thought what the hell. But we did go for a bike ride (that I hated) and then went for a 4 mile run which I much more enjoyed!0

Weigh in tonight and have lost 3.5lbs this week so total in first 3 weeks is 13lbs so hoping for my stone award next week!

We had a bit of a treat tea tonight - hotdogs and icecreambut it's no where near the amount of food we used to stuff in our faces on a Thursday night so hopefully it won't do too much damage!
Need to meal plan for next week too as that's helped a lot, even though I haven't enjoyed some of the meals - chicken and salad:( so boring.....

Been to get weighed tonight and lost 1.5lb, only 3lbs to go for my 5 and a half stone award!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670
