-1/2LB for me this week.
Not sure if I'll join in the next challenge yet as I am away for two weekends, a holiday and the school break. I will try but find it so difficult this time of year to get to class and stay on plan.
Well done Wiz, you really are a big inspiration for the way you have stuck at it.0 -
So far I think I'm having a very good SW week on holiday. We've had lunch out twice and both times I've had a jacket potato with baked beans - it's the safest option on the menu and I know it's free. We also stopped off at a little cafe where hubby had cake and I had my emergency Freddo bar that I've started carrying in my handbag in case I want something sweet.
Dinner at the cottage is pretty good as well. We bought some of those easy to cook chicken/fish things when we went shopping the other day so I know they're only about 1/2-4 syns depending on flavour and having veg with it. Fingers crossed I might even lose weight but I'm not convinced even though I'm doing okay. Drinking lots of Diet Coke though0 -

morning all,
little one slept better last night which is great for me. I'm finally trying to ease her back in to more of a routine for bedtime and being more disciplined with putting her back in her own bed if she wakes - it should help all of us and I'm sure one day she'll start sleeping through and for some crazy reason I'll miss all the stress and tears extended night time wakings can bring!
today is weigh day so keeping it light, also feeling very 'full' in the face which means I'm having a sinus flairmakes me seek comforting things but I'm behaving as we are off to the caravan this weekend!
Breakfast: tea (milk from hea) and a mullerlight
mid morning: apple and a large orange
lunch: cupshotz (free)
post weigh in: baked omelette/crustless quiche without cottage cheese and some extra veg of some type
I've decided to shake up my breakfasts on work days as I'm managing to get to work early 3 days in 4 now and always eat at my desk so; Mon/Tues/Fri when I know I can arrive early I'm going to have baked omelette (made on the Monday for the week ahead) reheated with spinach or baked oats reheated (made night before) with fruit on the side and on Wednesdays when I don't usually get to work early I will either eat at home or use my B choice for cereal at work
I just need to get better at making littlies snack and OH's lunch the night before (I can portion up a weeks worth of 'bits' for littlie on a Monday as she has nibbly bits and I can just make up pots of each and fridge/put in the drawer but OH has sandwiches and I've still not tried the 'make and freeze a weeks worth on a sunday and lift out the night before' technique)************************************

Struggling this week. I really want to join the challenge so I have a firm goal.0 -
Hello all - hope everyone has a great day....((hugs to those struggling))
I'm really hungry today...again a new thing for me and I think a good thing...on my starving diet I could literally not eat all day and not be bothered....I'm eating tons of food now and get hungry (and losing slowly but still losing) so I think I'm in a much healthier place.
I was looking to do a big fry up for breakfast but there was only enough stuff for one so sacrificed and made MrGFB the fry...his job is WAY more active than mine so I'll survive lol....so...
B: two boiled eggs and some strawbs
L: JP and beans and saladsalmon with roasted red pepper sauce (one of our faves!!) with jersey royals and plenty of veg
HE a and b will be some ryvita and light philly
(Syns all week will be kept for the weekend wine bar the odd bit of coleslaw and stuff through the week)
I've got a recipe for a syn free cheesecake which I'm going to make at the weekend...had to send away for a specialty item...stevia icing sugar (syn and calorie free) and the base is made of Special K chewy delight bars so technically your HEb and the main cheesecake bit is made of lightest philly and quark and some gelatine and fruit...it looks really nice...I'll post down the line if it works out ok and bother with the recipe then lol0 -
Yes I am ok, I think Shala, had my coil taken out yesterday and back on track today. Working now for a good loss next Thursday. But to be honest any sort of loss would do right now!0
