Syns online says 1.5 for a Toblerone Tiny (6g), would that be about the same size?

    LL :)

    I think they are smaller - I've account 6.5 for it :)

not having the best week but more because I am skint and can't afford some of the lovely speed and free fruits and treats I keep seeing. it will pick up I'm sure and I'm hoping to still have a loss, at least a small one, this week!

Off to the caravan this weekend but got a plan to stay on top and probably not even syn as much as when I'm home!

Well done to all the losses coming in!

2 days on plan, 3 to go to weigh in. I can do this.

    Menu today:

B - overnight oats with berries (heb)
    L - LO chicken chow mein (0.5)
D - Meatballs in tomato and veg sauce, pasta, cheese (hea)
    S - strawberries, yoghurt, mini meringues (2), cheese curls (3), mini twister (2), 2 x oreo (5)
  • Hello all - I'm even two months down the line trying to get my head around eating so much food (having come from a starving myself and getting no where diet) Also eating carbs which were the *enemy*!!

Eg last night we had that lovely chicken curry out of the easy extra book you get when you sign up - with rice and green beans( 1/3 rice, curry and veg) - I never would have thought I could eat rice and still lose weight....I know it's coming off really slowly for me but at least now I'm having a much healthier (mentally and physically) approach to food.

    Food today:
B: *fried* bacon medallions (2) - 2 fried eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms
L: JP with salad and tuna mayo with sweetcorn
D: LO chilli which has loads of speed in it....mushrooms, tomatoes, red peppers, carrots and kidney beans along with 5 % beef and loads of spices.

Not sure HE a and b yet

I know the weeks I struggle to lose any weight are the weeks where there's not much speed food on plan or not much food in general. (oh and the weeks I stuff my face with chocolate/biscuits/cake/bread) :rotfl:

Hope everyone is ok, bit quieter in here than normal.. guessing there's lots on holidays!

How you feeling now Lantanna and Beanie? Better I hope..

Had a bit of a struggle getting my food prepped last night so a bit of a mish mash today and low on speed - seems to be coming out at a red day so i'll go with that

    B - yogurt, banana, granola (3)
    L - ham, 2 ryvita crunch(heb) cheese spread (0.5hea)
T - stew(mainly speed, bit of beef), wholemeal roll (heb)
    S - crisps (5) apple, milk (0.5hea)

    Have a good un xx

    Hi all

    It is quiet here today.

Hope everyone's busy having fun (while sticking to plan as much as possible of course!).

Been to class again tonight, the new consultant is really friendly and finding her feet. She's obviously been working hard to promote SW as she had loads of new starters last week and then more tonight. When it was my turn she started off by saying "you've been doing SW for 2 weeks" even though she knows I was attending another group for 8 weeks, not to mention the 18 months I've been going it alone. So it must have sounded a bit odd when I started talking about being used to having weeks where I maintained.

I'll just have to remind myself that the reason I'm going is to focus my mind on the end result, it's not important to have a sticker or certificate to show how far I've come.

Back tomorrow - don't forget to vote!

Evening all. Struggling quite a lot recently. Work is very stressful atm and finding myself stress eating an awful lot. The good news is for the most part I'm managing to limit my stress eating to fruit, but it's still not great. Weighed in this evening with a sts. Just hoping I can shift a couple more pounds before I go on holiday in 2 and a half weeks!

Hi there,, well, SOTW I can't believe it. I suppose any one can do it if they believe they can . I have struggled with 1 and STS for the last twelve months and I didn't seem to get any where. Others seem to be losing2 and 3 and even 4lbs... But not me.Then I thought, come on Wiz you can do it. Everyone else encouraged me each time I felt low and not able to do it. But, I did, I know it's 2lb but just think 2lb of fat, 2 lb bacon 2lb of spuds. Crikey! Now, I have inches to get rid of and they are not budging yet. Why, I don't know. I can't excercise because I'm disabled but when I feel ok I go on my son's stationary bike , I can only manage 10 mins that covers 4 miles at a mediocre pace. It's something I suppose.
Tomorrow is another day as in Gone with the Wind lol . hugs to everyone.
