Turns out I have to wait another week to get it out as the only nurse that can do it is on holidays! Typical lol and when I decide I want something out and done that's it.
Er yes Shala, trying to stick to some sort of plan at the minute. The last few weeks I've been all over the place.
Can you remove me from the challenge please, its depressing the life clean out of me!
I will be back in the next one! Big time!0 -
Wish that I had not increased my target for the challenge.
Oh well.

Morning all
Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Wiz for SOTW :T:mad: Lois, its really annoying isn't it. do you think you've been eating too many free foods? I know some people use My Fitness Pal to regulate their portions, although it's a step too far sometimes as you have to log every morsel.. I use it sporadically when i'm having a bit of a plateau.
Last week I was hungry ALL the time and craving sweet things, so I was eating more FF yogurts and bananas, and a couple of times had a jacket potato or pasta for lunch which I don't normally do, simply because I was so hungry and didn't want to eat something that needed to be synned. Mother nature doesn't come to call every month anymore but I still get times when I think hormones are having an affect - trouble is, it's not regular so I never know when it's going to happen next.Wish that I had not increased my target for the challenge.
Oh well.
Why don't you change it back, I'm sure no-one would mind.gingerfurball wrote: »OH!! Checked my lotto ticket when I was out as well and I've won £84!! I feel much better now lol!
Whoop whoop! Pity it didn't have a few zeroes on the end, but still worth having. :jWe'll be heading out to Exmoor Zoo in a bit. Chances are we'll have lunch out. I've already had my HeA so I may be able to have a HeB if they do whole meal sandwiches. Or I could try and have a jacket potato. Must stay away from paninis - I love them so much though. And no cake!! might take a Freddo with me...
At least the weather's a bit better for you today. Have fun, enjoy the zoo and avoid the pasties and cream teas!
DH has just heated up a chicken and mushroom pie for someone and now my stomach is rumbling loudly, it smells gorgeous!
Have a good day everyone.

Yesterday - least said, soonest mended. A spot of tea and shortbread with the Lord Mayor must be a good excuse though.
Here we go again!Poached eggs and beans on HEXB toast with a punnet of cherry tomatoes
D) Ham and egg salad and a sweet and sour mugshot
T) SW spaghetti Bolognese followed by doughnut peaches
HEXA - Milk in tea
Syns - not sure yet. No need for any really as I had way over my allowance this weekend.
Top Bloke not gone (yet), so I had a lovely weekend but dreading it. That will be an off plan night so I'll save as many as I possibly can and hope I don't derail myself completely.
STS this week which is probably generous. But, I'll worry about that once I know what is what.
Lots of love to those struggling as well and congratulations to the losers0 -
:T:T GFB - don't spend it all at once!
We have one week of the challenge left... Beanie, happy to amend if you want to change it back?
Feeling ravenous today, think I've got hormonal issues again 2 weeks early!!! I've eaten all the food I've bought with me already and the scarey thing is we have a buffet going on at work (V.V.I.P. visiting today) so there'll be sandwiches and pastries hanging around later! Must stay away, must stay away.. maybe if I just lick them??:rotfl:
So menu for today - just realised as I was typing it its a red day! :T more heb for meeeee...
B - yogurt, apple, granola ([STRIKE]3[/STRIKE]0.5heb)
L - tandoori chicken roll (heb) mayo (1) salad leaves
T - chicken, squash, salad, pickles
S - crisps(5) milk (hea) banana, alpen bar (0.5)
Maybe i'll add some cheese to my dinner for my other hea!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Accidentally just ate a packet of flaming hot Cheetos and two giant buttons, which is exactly five syns so that solves that0

It was my first weigh in last night and was really nervous! Only lost 2lbs, but I suppose it's in the right direction?
Struggling a bit with getting my head around the plan; the consultant looked at my food diary and said I'm not eating enough? So got to try and eat more this week, which seems mad!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
