I've had the implant in my arm since Feb. I have no idea whether it's had any impact on my weight but I think it's made me less grumpy and !!!!!y. Problem is that my body is still getting used to it so I haven't actually been able to test its contraceptive efficacy...so to speak

    Evening all..

Can you adapt your recipe books to the SW way musogirl? You may not get as bored then.. A lot of the time it's just swapping out some of the ingredients and spending a few syns on a meal instead of using them for snacks.

Good luck for weigh in Abbafan and well done on your run! :T

Congrats on your shiney GFB :T:T

Enjoy your hols Denise:wave: safe travels x

 Lois, its really annoying isn't it. do you think you've been eating too many free foods? I know some people use My Fitness Pal to regulate their portions, although it's a step too far sometimes as you have to log every morsel.. I use it sporadically when i'm having a bit of a plateau..

Hugs lantanna... as long as you're trying to stick to plan then you have some control. I stopped taking the pill as it made me go a bit haywire, properly depressed and down.. hormones have a lot to answer for!! Just let us know if we need to take cover ;)

off to do the chart xx

I think I will have to. I've avoided doing it so far as I thought I would be too tempted by everything!

    Well done Wiz! :T

Well I have managed a full day on plan! Finishing the day on 11 syns.

Aiming to do it all again tomorrow. Not sure what to do for dinner tomorrow night. I have mince, bacon and chicken thigh fillets in the fridge so will need to use one of those as the base. With the weather being so up and down I'm never sure what I fancy for dinner these days!

Congratulations wiz on SOTW:T and well done to our many losers too :T.

Hugs to people struggling - hang in there we will get there one day I'm sure.

Have a lovely holiday Denise

Oh forgot to say - Im reporting a 1.5 loss this week which is much better than last week's 0.5 gain. This puts me within 0.5 off the bottom end of target to I'm quite a happy bunny tonight :rotfl:.

Hope you all have a good week.

  • Morning all - well done to SOTW *claps hands* hang in everyone!! (how long do we have left in this challenge??)

Woke up today with a streaming cold....*thanks to number one grandson* nothing dramatic...just runny nose and stingy eyes (how can my hair hurt!!)

I made the SW lasagne last night and this time boiled the pasta before hand and it was lovely...my son ate it (lasagne is his favourite) and he never noticed it was SW friendly lol

Don't know what to have today...I have boiled eggs and a greek yog with me...I'm slipping out to buy some painkillers and I'll pick up some fruit while I'm out...will try and find inspiration for tonight's tea through the day.

We'll be heading out to Exmoor Zoo in a bit. Chances are we'll have lunch out. I've already had my HeA so I may be able to have a HeB if they do whole meal sandwiches. Or I could try and have a jacket potato. Must stay away from paninis - I love them so much though. And no cake!! might take a Freddo with me...
