Am struggling to stay on plan.
Pain levels are quite high.
Have a rest Beanielou while you are in pain I know what it's like, staying on plan is the last thing you want to think about. Start again when you are feeling a little better. A few days can't do much harm.
Will be thinking about you.:)0 -
Thank you whizkid.

Talking of clothes I bought a vest top thingy from Asda today just to wear under cardi and I looked at a 14 and thought 'no bloody way will I get into that' and in the end chose an 18 . Tried it on at home and I would say that it is a comfortable fit without being overly clingy iykwim. What is it with sizing . Right rant over now :rotfl:.
Hope you all have a good weekend. Where has the lovely warmth and sunshine gone? At least it's dry today - well mostly so far but heavy rain forecast for later.

Digital scales arrived yesterday! They gave me a very nice number, however I obviously don't know what the difference is between this scale and the await scales. Plan is to weigh myself first thing tomorrow before I have breakfast and go on holiday, then weigh myself first thing on the Sunday morning after I get back. This will tell me how much damage I've done (or avoided. Hey, a girl can dream!). Then just before I go to WI on the Monday I'm going to weigh myself at home and then compare that with what I get at group and I will know the difference between the two and can bear that in mind if I use it agin.
So, yes on holiday to Devon tomorrow for a week. I will be taking my diary and kitchen scales and fry light with me so I can at least try and stay on plan some of the time. I really want pizza tomorrow night. I'm going to be doing all the driving so that's 4 hours behind the wheel. However, I'm going to buy a small (or have half) of a plain pizza and put veg on it and have salad.
That's the plan anyway...only problem is they always have a cake ready for arrival and fancy chocolate lollipops from a local chocolate delicatessen!0 -
A chocolate delicatessen

I weighed in on Thursday and put back on three of the four and a half pounds I had lost in the last fortnight. The kitchen is still not fully installed but I do have a sink and a washing machine as well as a gas hob. Several thickly buttered rolls and crisps seem to have leapt into my mouth which did not help.
I have a load of towels in the wash, then bedding to wash, then a load of clothes. Hoping I can hang them outside.
Breakfast or probably brunch will be a bacon egg and tomato omelette if I can find the pan and the matches and I will take something out of the freezer to have with cous cous tonight. I am meeting a dd in York this afternoon so any treats will be an americano and fruit."This site is addictive!"

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well Beanie, hope the pain has subsided today xx
Some great losses coming through :T:T well done..
I had a gain on Thursday (1.5lb) so over the last 4 weeks I've lost absolutely nothing  ridiculous shannigans again! It was expected as i'd eaten a lot of food to make myself feel better after being poorly... but anyway to cull this yo-yoing I've meal planned for the week and had a stern to talk to myself and OH that we are sticking to plan this week come what may (although i'm still sat here craving sugary snacks)
Have a lovely holiday mrsp, and you Denise if I don't get back onto the board in time - are you off to France?
Dodgy hugs to you both lantanna and Lush :grouphug:
