Am struggling to stay on plan.
    Pain levels are quite high.

Have a rest Beanielou while you are in pain I know what it's like, staying on plan is the last thing you want to think about. Start again when you are feeling a little better. A few days can't do much harm.
    Will be thinking about you.:)

Fully understand Mary that feeling of buying your clothes from normal shop #goyoumary :T:T:T. Talking of clothes I bought a vest top thingy from Asda today just to wear under cardi and I looked at a 14 and thought 'no bloody way will I get into that' and in the end chose an 18 . Tried it on at home and I would say that it is a comfortable fit without being overly clingy iykwim. What is it with sizing . Right rant over now :rotfl:.

Hope you all have a good weekend. Where has the lovely warmth and sunshine gone? At least it's dry today - well mostly so far but heavy rain forecast for later.

I bought some vest tops too but got them a size smaller and they fit lovely :o goes to show they differ so much!

Digital scales arrived yesterday! They gave me a very nice number, however I obviously don't know what the difference is between this scale and the await scales. Plan is to weigh myself first thing tomorrow before I have breakfast and go on holiday, then weigh myself first thing on the Sunday morning after I get back. This will tell me how much damage I've done (or avoided. Hey, a girl can dream!). Then just before I go to WI on the Monday I'm going to weigh myself at home and then compare that with what I get at group and I will know the difference between the two and can bear that in mind if I use it agin.

So, yes on holiday to Devon tomorrow for a week. I will be taking my diary and kitchen scales and fry light with me so I can at least try and stay on plan some of the time. I really want pizza tomorrow night. I'm going to be doing all the driving so that's 4 hours behind the wheel. However, I'm going to buy a small (or have half) of a plain pizza and put veg on it and have salad.
That's the plan anyway...only problem is they always have a cake ready for arrival and fancy chocolate lollipops from a local chocolate delicatessen!

I weighed in on Thursday and put back on three of the four and a half pounds I had lost in the last fortnight. The kitchen is still not fully installed but I do have a sink and a washing machine as well as a gas hob. Several thickly buttered rolls and crisps seem to have leapt into my mouth which did not help.

I have a load of towels in the wash, then bedding to wash, then a load of clothes. Hoping I can hang them outside.

Breakfast or probably brunch will be a bacon egg and tomato omelette if I can find the pan and the matches and I will take something out of the freezer to have with cous cous tonight. I am meeting a dd in York this afternoon so any treats will be an americano and fruit.
