England game is tomorrow at 2pm. Mum is using some TOIL and finishing work early and I'm only volunteering for half the day so I can watch it. England drew 1-1 on Saturday, Wales beat Slovakia and then Slovakia beat Russia today. So, England def can't lose tomorrow and ideally need to win.

    Anyway, back to the studio....

Back from class which went well. The consultant is new and tonight was her first class so we didn't have image therapy, she told us her SW history then went through the plan with everyone (that's my third starter talk in 10 weeks so I should qualify as a consultant myself!)

Arkers - I have a cupboard full of clothes that are too small for me but tend to get rid of things that are too big as an incentive. It hasn't worked though, which is why there are so many in the too small cupboard. I'm determined this is the last time I'm doing this though.

Lantanna - hope you feel better soon.

    See you all tomorrow.

WI this morning for me. Pretty sure it'll be a small loss today. I really need to be within target range before my long holiday otherwise I'll have to rejoin when I come back.

    Today's plan is:

    B - fruit after WI
L - an off plan meal
D - roast lamb, roast potatoes, roast onions, green veg, splash of gravy

    Back later with WI result.

GFB - at your migraine, I've heard a few people are having them this week, I'm assuming its the weather change/pressure..

No recipes in the diaries Arkers :( just little exercises to do to write down measurements, ideas for the week, menu plans and weight losses etc.. I really like them and they're better than the one I bought off ebay. Be nice to have a water counter on the page though to encourage drinking more.

I made OH buy a countdown last week, it means that I get his diary too! :T:T he wasn't impressed!

I too have been suffering with migraines. I had a killer start to come on on Tuesday but managed to just about catch it although there was a big gap between taking some kick !!! pain relief and actually getting any relief!

I'm loving the planners too but do agree a water intake counter would be advantageous - I'd also like a small space top make notes about the day; challenges/what happened/what went well etc so I am writing these on post it notes and sticking them on each page.

In terms of the planner...mine looks like considerably less food than my consultants one so I'm going to look and see if she write s anything twice. atm if I have two salads in a day (lunch and tea) I generally write things once still so: lettuce, cucumber, tomato could actually cover 1/3rd or more of each of two meals...how do others do it?

bad head again today and weigh day but I've had my heb bars for breakfast and a cup of tea (milk from hea) I am going to try and have something for lunch...at least some fruit or something!

Hope you are feeling better soon Lantanna

Today was the first time I've made it to weigh in in a while, I had the fluey lurgey that seems to be hitting everyone and it's taken a while to shift it.

Shocked to report a -1.5lbs this week as I was expecting a huge gain!! Brings me bang on my 2.5stone award :j:j

I haven't had chance to read back, Sorry! Hugs to everyone that needs them and well done to all the "losers".

I've had a spat of dreadful headaches recently and decided I need to trial removing asparteme/sweetners from my intake to see if it helps! I'm on day 3 and the withdrawl have been  but I do feel better for it today!

Still not feeling great, but a little better.

Also disappointed to hear I didn't get the job I went for. A lot of work went into it : ( Hopefully something else comes along at some stage.

God idea about freezing the stand and stuff tacos Shala, do you do it with the stuff actually in them?

Sorry to hear that Topgirl, I guess you will enjoy the times you get to spend together even more.

Arkers I have a range of 10 - 14s in my house. I disposed of all my 20s, 18s & 16s. I'm in danger of having to go and buy 16's again if I don't get my act together fast. Sadly most of my clothes are too small.
