Afternoon... eyes still sore, but I'm in work staring at a screen as usual
may have to book an appointment at the doctors about it. Maybe they'll sign me off work until it's better
:rotfl:
GFB - at your migraine, I've heard a few people are having them this week, I'm assuming its the weather change/pressure..
No recipes in the diaries Arkersjust little exercises to do to write down measurements, ideas for the week, menu plans and weight losses etc.. I really like them and they're better than the one I bought off ebay. Be nice to have a water counter on the page though to encourage drinking more.
I made OH buy a countdown last week, it means that I get his diary too! :T:T he wasn't impressed!
Hope you feel better soon Lantanna xxx
Glad your consultant is good Lois, I think it makes a huge difference to motivation.

I see what you mean about weighing in in the same things. I've usually worn skinny jeans - which are lighter than the pair I wore yesterday or recently I've been wearing dresses. Unfortunately I finished work later than normal and had to drop mum at home so had to go straight to group where I'd originally intended to go home and change.
Oh we'll, these things happen and my jeans feel looser. I think I might buy a new pair of bathroom scales so they are digital. I can't be doing with these rotary ones. I know they'll be different to the scales at group but I could at least be able to have a better idea of the difference if they were digital.
I want to weigh in before I go on holiday on Saturday so I've got a comparison and see how much damage I actually do next week :rotfl:0 -
I wear the same clothes I wore from my first weigh in - and I shouldn't be seen in public in it as it's far too big now lol. I'm going to weigh in this until after my holidays and then wear something decent for that as I'll expect a gain at that class anyway.
My soup was lovely...it was supposed to taste *just like heinz tomato soup* and to be fair wasn't too far off.0 -
Hi everyone
Well I didn't like my tagine so it probably needs tweaking a bit - I think it's just my tastebuds though because OH had 2nd helpings. I ended up with just cous cous and salad - and about 50 syns afterwards because I was miffed about not liking my tea  Never mind, today's another day
B - got up late so just a coffee with HEA milk
L - homemade egg mayo on HEB bread
T - not sure yet we've plenty in the freezer so I just need to pick something
Have a lovely holiday maman and I hope you're feeling better soon shala I've only had about 2 migraines in my life and they just wiped me out completely
Off to choose some lovely healthy things for my Te$co online shop now
Have a good day everyone

2lbs off for me Shala!
After a fortnight on holiday, really pleased with that.0 -
Had a lovely holiday great weather, lots of walking, but AI for 11 days so the damage was considerable. My scales showed 5lb on when I got home Friday but I've been good since so today's weigh in was 2lb gain
Funny how sometimes a fast gain from holiday etc comes off quicker than usual.0 -
Aplologies for not for checking in with you much over last few days but life is just getting in the way of my online time - how rude :rotfl:.
Last night's result left me with 0.5lb gain but I'm still within target range as they say. Well done to all the lovely losers among us and congratulations to musogirl on SOTW.
Welcome to new people who have joined us :hello:.
Hope your interview went well lantanna x
Enjoy your holibobs maman .
