  • Hope you feel better soon lantanna. I miss your posts when you aren't around so much xx.
    So I got a spectacular
    STS
    this morning at class.
Sw chips, egg and beetroot for lunch and fajitas for tea made with own spices bu using stand and stuff shell for one and iceberg for the other. Seen on Instagram people using the shells as a "pastry" for quiche or pizza pie - anyone tried them?. At 4 syns each I think they will be good if they taste ok.

    Hi

I use those taco shells a lot MM, they're good for work lunches (work well making up and freezing if you're a prepper). I've done the pizza one and then left over chilli too - just stick a bit of cheese on top and voila.. served with salad they feel really "treaty" but only 4 syns.

    Feel better soon lantanna xx

    Great losses everyone :T:T

    menu for me today
    B - granola (0.5 heb) apple, yogurt (0.5)
L - chicken egg fried rice
T - stew (beef, carrots, swede, leeks etc)
    S - crisps (4) milk (hea) doughnut(12) orange

Hoping the stew tonight will make up for the lack of speed at lunch :o
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

    Hello Everyone,

I was chatting to my mum this morning (she's also on her SW journey), and the subject came up with what to do with all our "old/new bigger clothes?" Last time I lost loads and all of them were bagged and went to the chazza. This time I'm too scared to go down that route in-case I go on a return journey. I have all sizes from 16-10, with bin bags and wardrobes stuffed to the gunnels as a result.

I know this is slightly unhealthy, keeping all this stuff and if I do not maintain then I'll probably just go and buy new clothes again. Am I the only one with 4 sizes of clothes on standby:rotfl::rotfl:?
Please say it's not just me, so the question is "At what time do you have the confidence to get rid of the clothes that no longer fit?":D

So far so goodish this week, but off to the land of pasties and cream teas at the weekend...and then of course there is the football and as my DH is Welsh, well my lips are sealed!

    Interested in your thoughts.

    Arkers x

Is it the England match tonight? Considering I'm quite into my league football and I got really into the World Cup in 2014, I haven't watched a single bit of this one yet, and don't even know what the England score was the other day!

I am giving running club a swerve tonight as I'm just wrecked. I'm currently travelling 80-mile round trips for work twice a week (I know that's normal for some) and I seem to be busy every evening at the moment and I'm just knackered. The house is a tip as well as I've just been running in and out for the last month or so. I had a note today to saw the window cleaner had been and I'm cringing with shame as there's a mug with actual mould in it sitting on the kitchen windowsill :o So anyway, yeah, I'm quite busy and tired.

    Today:
B - Baked oat carrot muffin things (B)
D - Pasta w/ bacon, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and pesto (2)
T - Diet cola chicken w/ green beans and couscous
Other - Coffees (A, 3), Alpen Light (3), Muller Light, bagel thin with smidge of Flora Light (7), and my usual hot chocolate before bed (2)
    TOTAL: 17

I'm getting nowhere near to 'paying back' my 20 meringue Syns from Monday but they don't seem to have shown on the scales so far (touch wood).

I too and hoping to get a diary when they go on general sale. I'm going to get a set of coloured pens as well and write in my neatest handwriting :D

Hope you feel better soon Lantanna, and hope everyone else is well x

    England are tomorrow afternoon.

Top Bloke been offered a job where he's from. As things stand, he has to take it. So, back off 400 miles away he goes :(

Off plan until he's gone because I'm finding this time really really hard and I also have a stomach upset.
