Hope the interview went well lantanna and now it's over you can focus on SW.:)
I've managed to stay on plan with various concoctions to use up bits and empty the fridge and veg baskets.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs on HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: smoked haddock (pinged in microwave), with LO mash and cabbage and a bowl of lentil soup as I was hungry.
D:eating out so holiday eating and drinking may start early
I'm away from tomorrow until July 1st. When I get back I'll need all the help I can get to lose holiday gain.:D

Hope your interview went well lantanna and welcome slowlyfading!
Just back from class and I lost 1lb which I'm happy with as this week has been a struggle food-wise. Aiming to lose at least two next week!
Happy holidays maman!0 -
Hope the interview went well Lantanna. Now that it is over you can relax a bit and get your head back into SW.
Maman - enjoy your holiday. Where are you going? I don't remember seeing anything but of course may have been when I was away and didn't get internet very regularly!
Hopefully we'll be gone by the time you get back but it all depends on DH's appointment on Friday with his consultant as to whether we go next week or whether he can get his operation sorted very quickly; in which case we'll wait until after but that would mean a winter holiday rather than a summer holiday.

Hope it went well today, both SlowlyFading and Lantanna!
Have a lovely holiday Maman, where you off to?
I've had a really carpy day, just been feeling so down and completely unmotivated to do anything.
B - Coffee (slept in and had to rush out), HEA and 1 Syn
D - Bacon (no fat), spaghetti loops, tomatoes, mushrooms, scrambled egg, HEA and 0.5 Syns
T - Roast chicken and veg (aubergine, courgette, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers)
Other - Coffee and tea (HEA, 4 Syns) and then a whole bloody box of meringues (20 Syns) :wall::wall::wall:
And they didn't even make me feel better!! Who'da thought?Taking myself off to bed with a (light) hot chocolate and my book. Tomorrow's another day.

Evening.. haven't been on for a few days as I've had eye issues, started with a migraine Friday morning which has affected my vision
seems to be a bit better now though but eye still sore so I won't spend long on here.. consequently I've used this as an excuse not to eat properly - no shock to anyone there
Back on plan today though so :T better late than never!
welcome to the thread slowlyfading..
Hope everything went well lantanna.. fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
Bon voyage maman, have a wonderful holiday  right, who is the deputy speed cop whilst maman is away, grab your hat and badge! :rotfl: Lois, i'm sure it's usually you

+1lb today not sure why. Was really good last week - wrote everything down in my shiny diary. Struggled to get my HexB choice for half the week and if I'm going with the 10 syn per day rule I was over for the week (I'm less than 10st). Don't want it to sound like an excuse but I also wore jeans and a heavy weighted t-shirt so that might be 1/2lb :rotfl:
I dunno...bummed I guess but I'm just going to try again. On holiday next week which won't be 100% but will try and be on plan for at least 2 meals a day. It's the snacks/treats that might do be in.
So yeah, not upset but perplexed and a little meh0 -
Thanks for good wishes. We're off to Turkey. Lovely, relaxing holiday in the sun, meeting up with old friends both Turkish and from UK. Plenty of Speed food but it's the bread (and the gin) that piles on the pounds.0
