Been good today as I was up later just had a banana for breakfast then made a brunch meal of Linda Mac Rosemary sausages (can't find them anywhere now to re stock but will try some other shops in the week. I also had baked beans, mushrooms, onions, spring onions in fry light then 2 grilled tomatoes.
Dinner was a jacket potato and veggie bean chilli with rather a lot of chilli in - I'm so not use to cooking with them so put a whole red one in! Had speed vege with that.
Got syns left and in fact healthy options too but not sure I'll feel hungry later as fairly late now.
Got 2 more chilli portions for in the week.
No events this side of Thursday weigh in so should be a good week.
Next Saturday is a different matter as got 2 festivals in a day! The one is all vegan catering and the other is veggie and vegan so way too much food to tempt me!
Not sure if I should have a day off Saturday as my favourite vegan burger van is there - in the past I'd have had a huge burger meal and also brought lots of food home and had cake too at a vegan event.
This year I think I might go for one plan which would be to have 1 savoury meal for lunch and 1 small cake but only If I really want it. I'll have to be strong and not bring any food home. I'm off bread at the mo so might ask for a burger and salad but don't think they do salad.
How do people find they cope at food fairs? I'll take plenty of fruit and can save a few syns. Think I'll have off plan foods but not bring any home and get straight back on the plan next day.
Got a feeling an evening meal might end up being arranged that day too!Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Hello, hope people don't mind me joining!
I'm going to go to the group nearest to me tomorrow night for the first time - kind of nervous to walk into a group full of people I don' t know...! :eek:Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hello, welcome to the thread.
Going to group really won't be as bad as you imagine, the consultant will be on the lookout for new joiners and will probably greet you when you arrive, once you've paid to join he/she will take you off to do the new starters talk along with any other new people and then show you where to get a hot drink.
When I first joined a group I remember the new people being introduced, but when I rejoined recently that didn't happen. Everyone is friendly so you will soon relax.
Good luck with your weight loss, feel free to ask any questions, there's usually someone around who can help.

Hi all, hope everyone's had a good weekend and managed to avoid getting drenched. DH and I popped into Morrisons at lunchtime, it was sunny when we went in, half an hour later when we came out there were deep puddles everywhere, it must have chucked it down.
TIE - my niece went to Download, she was also planning to stay in a hotel but they'd been double booked so she didn't get any sleep on Friday night and came home instead. Shame about the rain but had to laugh at the wellies filling up! :rotfl:
I received a welcome to the group card from my new consultant which was a nice touch, it's little things like that make a big difference.
Have a good week everyone.

Off to my interview this afternoon, trying to get myself wakened up and fully functioning here.
Spent all day yest nervously picking at things. Typical.
Anyway, it will be over soon and I can get fully focused on SW whatever the outcome. Hopefully I can avoid a gain this week.
Back 2 mo, hope you are all well!0 -
Morning
Confused and befuddled here, reporting in with another STS for the chart please Shala. I think I've confused myself by using results from class for a few weeks then going back to my own scales, because I have lost weight since last week but based on my starting weight I've still only lost 3 stone.
I'll continue using my own scales to weigh on a Monday for the challenge, and hopefully going to class will get those numbers down.
Good luck to everyone for your weigh in this week.
