If we vote to Remain what happens?

What happens next? Presumably the reverse of the following:
The quote is alleged to be from Patrick Minford the leading economist who is supporting Brexit.

Why do you worship the views of world leaders?
Has your experiences in life suggested they are reliable guides for what is good for the people of the world?
Will we see a new BobQ on the boards full of adulation for authority and government spokesman?
Will we see BobQ on the board explaining why killing children and vulnerable people with diesel particles is a 'good thing' because the great and the good of the EU have so decreed?0 -
Would we expect our country's leader to give an opinion on other countries based on what is best for the citizens of that country or what is best for us?I think....0

Staying in the EU and thus not being able to restrict EU migrants and thus controlling immigration by draconian visa restrictions on non-EU migrants is already starting to hit our universities:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-36203613...a series of immigration measures affecting overseas students were "starting to have an impact" on the UK's global reputation.I think....0 -
Remaining in the EU, 75% of EU migrants don't actually have skills we have a shortage of (apologies for Daily Fail link):
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3576128/Most-EU-migrants-UK-not-work-visa-Brexit-Three-quarters-arrived-Britain-thanks-Brussels-diktats-free-movement.html
Inside we will continue to have to take whoever wants to come - outside we could select via skills so even if we kept the same level of migration we could have more nurses and scientists and fewer cleaners and baristas, this would push up wages for the lowest skilled reducing the tax credits bill and might lead to a bit more inflation, bringing forward the moment when we could start to normalise interest rates which I think many are in favour of?I think....0 -

I do not, they are only saying what is in the best interests of their countries. But I do not find it so easy to dismiss the overwhelming numbers who favour us staying in. If it is in the interests of so many nations, probably in our interests too. Add to that the overwhelming number of business leaders, trade unions, and economists who favour remain, the argument that they are all wrong is not that convincing.
Many Leavers (and Remainers) have a closed mind so we are left with a debate amongst principled people on either side. But whether you like it or not, the views of those who have more knowledge of the issues are worth consideration, whether you choose to believe them or not. Will we see a new BobQ on the boards full of adulation for authority and government spokesman?

No you will not, world leaders have always made mistakes. I just take the view that they make a balanced judgement and are only human. Provided the act in good faith that is all we can ask of them.
As to diesel, why blame the EU for a world wide issue? Also, controlling emissions is a progressive measure in any countries.
Should we blame Balfour and all his successors until Blair for not banning asbestos when it was first identified as a health hazard?
But since it is the EU causing all this (according to your post), will diesel be banned after Brexit? How much will that increase delivery costs and prices?Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-36203613
The article makes it clear that the assessment is based on:These are rankings based on reputation and perceived status, based on the opinions of an international panel of academics
You quote this as the reason:
"...a series of immigration measures affecting overseas students were "starting to have an impact" on the UK's global reputation."
If you quoted it in full you would have stated:
"Mr Baty said cuts to higher education funding and a series of immigration measures affecting overseas students were "starting to have an impact" on the UK's global reputation.
I suggest that cuts in funding are more likely to damage reputations than "immigration measure"
The measures refer to abuse of student visas by academic bodies and are a UK measure, nothing to do with the EU.
Surely you do not support academic bodies which fail to scrutinise student applications correctly? These measures are not aimed at major universities, they refer to bogus language schools.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment.
